I went for the colorful jarritos mugs. Only 4 or 5 of them inside the store. I basically have those already. However, so much Mexican art and crafts to be found. It's beautiful! I will return to furnish my backyard.

This is a fantastic local Mexican import shop! Went looking for terra cotta pots in San Antonio & selected this shop based on its rating. Outside all the merchandise is laid out nicely and easily viewed. We found just what we were looking for and more! Went to pay inside & discovered clothing, shoes and other Mexican artwork. We selected many items as we found the prices were very reasonable and the quality of the items was also good. Best of all was the service. Ana helped us & she was excellent. I would highly recommend La Carreta!

I really love this store! I think this is the best store in San Antonio for planters and yard decor. The selections are endless and beautiful. They’ll always have what you are looking for and they even have some clothing and accessories inside. My husband and I would go a few times a month on the weekends before moving out of San Antonio and we always felt very welcomed. Now that we live far away I’m still able to make purchases and have a friend pick up my order. Follow them on Instagram to stay up to date! Love this family business!

This place is amazing. Locally owned by kind people. Check inside for fiesta clothing and beautiful delicate decor. Outside you'll find a large variety of stone statues, colorfully painted metal art, and bright, heavy ceramic outside decor pieces. There are umbrellas as you walk thru the arch to keep the heat or rain off your head. Everything outside is neatly arranged in rows with similar items. This isn't the largest selection of Mexican imports I've ever seen, but it is the best selection in San Antonio. The prices are reasonable. Nothing feels old or super dirty. You'll find what you wanted and what you didn't know you wanted every time you visit. Please support local businesses!

The owners are very friendly and attentive to customers. They truly provided an authentic experience by bring a taste of beautiful Mexico to our city through goods. At first I stopped by to get fiesta gear but I was in awe of the craftsmanship! I can’t wait to purchase the beautiful nativity scene during the Christmas season! Great quality and reasonable prices

Very sweet. Husband and wife store, high quality insulated stoneware and ceramics from Guadalajara, in endless varieties. Much better than box stores or Amazon, and much better priced.

There’s a good variety of imports that they carry. Extremely friendly staff too! If you’re looking for a particular item that isn’t there, they can help out by calling you when they do have it. Loved it!

Owners are super friendly! Love their fountains and other things they sell. Definitely check them out.
