I just feel like they reboil old shrimp & serve it! Shrimp were very mushy, ewwww worst La Crawfish

Great chicken or shrimp pho and chicken wings! I was disappointed on my last trip however, because the top wasn't secure on one of the broth containers so I had broth all in the bag and my seat.

I ask for gumbo and 2 empanadas and 2 cups of water. Total almost 40 dollars when I ask why so expensive. Registers says. I charge you for 2 pounds of craw fish. And 2 bottles of water. I ask for cancelation of my order since they could not fix the bill. The cashier doesn't speak English at all eventhoug I ask twice is 1 gumbo and 2 craw fish empanadas. 30 mins I have to wait in order to get my money back they didn't know how to cancel the order and start again. I paid cc. Really disappointed with this new administration. Never back again

Ordered crawfish to go. Crawfish not fresh. Most of the crawfish were dead, can’t eat at all.not recommended this place.

Over priced for the amount of food. Buying drinks a can at a time is frustrating. The wings are tasty, however.

The king crab they only sell by the pound for $67 total. Well when it comes out it’s basically all she’ll and it’s so dry and chewy. And don’t get me started on trying to break it. It feels like you’re bending a piece of rubber. I should have known that every LA crawfish has terrible crab. Take my word for it I eat king crab regularly and they do not have the quality for the price you’re paying. Even if you paid much less it still wouldn’t be worth it. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

If I can leave a negative star I would this is the absolute worst service I've ever received at la crawfish I have frequented them since they have opened they have really let themselves go this place used to be excellent the Crawfish were disgusting and blue I understand it's the winter time but the Crawfish should not be blue it was absolutely disgusting and the cashier is absolutely rude he didn't care about any of our complaints and acting like he could not understand what we were saying when clearly when we placed the order he spoke perfect English. We asked for the manager to refund the manager was not there so he called the manager on the phone. The manager said that we can only get back 10% of our order which was $8 the Crawfish were rubbery and blue and the chicken smell like bleach. Please save your money and go somewhere else this place is definitely not somewhere you want to spend your hard earn money!

Not good at all, the cashier wasn't personable, the ceiling fans had dust all over them and once I heard the microwave my heart sank! There was nobody in there so at least the food could have been fresh. The shrimp fried rice was bland, I will not be back.

Used to be a fan of this restaurant, but it is going downhill now. They might changed chef or owner.
We ordered two different noodles, but they Were all tasted so sour like someone spilled a bottle of vinegar in it. Another time we ordered fried chicken wing. Tasted horrible. Complained with the guy. Don’t think he really cares.
Won’t go back anymore.

RUN AWAY from this place! I wish we would have. There was a long wait at our favorite Sushi place next door so we ended up here, I would have been more satisfied with McDonald’s and I hate fast food. The food was DISGUSTING! My fries tasted like they sat in a freezer for way to long my tilapia should have been thrown away days ago. My wife got the crab corn and potato. The crabs were tiny the potato was rotten and all of it was tasteless, for this we paid $50. Oh and there is a sign letting you know that they will not give you a refund or exchanges.

Food is delicious but there crawfish and shrimp are always priced way above market value and I'm always skeptical that they are giving you the right amount of food. If you order crawfish and shrimp it is by the pound but it always looks less than the amount ordered.

The crawfish was not good. I said Spicy and these ppl but hot sauce on it smh. But the fries and wings where good that’s about it. Also the fan sodas where 1.50. That’s insane!

The place smells bad, crawfish the worst I've had & they were small and a lot of them not eatible for 8.99 a pound. The garlic sauce they raved about was not all that. You leave a tip & have to dump your own trash wth. Not worth my 37 dollars

Beware when placing a large takeout order. I ordered 13 lbs.of Crawfish and other items for a Birthday dinner. I specified that I wanted my corns, sausage, and potatoes with the Cajun Style Seasoning. They had no seasoning. I also ordered an order of 6 lemon pepper wings, I ended up getting 5 orders of 12 pcs of wings. I wondered a bit of why my total was so much, but did not think of it since I figured maybe because I did order a lot of food, that was the reason. I didn't realize the order was wrong until my husband got home with it. I clearly remember clarifying that I wanted only a 6 pc order. I have no idea how that was confused with 5 orders of 12 pcs. I ordered an order of fries as well for my 6 pc of wings and did not get them. The crawfish had no seasoning either. Super disapponted. Will not be back again.

My go to, just down the road and I feel like I’m here every other day for the crab legs, crawfish & or shrimps the corn is always stale. Mostly takeout, I do not like the sitting.

Update 6/27/20
They are using frozen crawfish even more, i have yet to have fresh live then boiled crawfish from here since beginning of season yuck! Shrimps are hard to peel, shell stick to meat. Only get a 2 because i like the cajun garlic flavor they use.

Flavor is great but they tend to mix frozen crawfish w live and pretend its ALL live but I've been eating crawfish for a LONG time as well as the ppl I went with multiple times and you can tell.

I ordered bbq shrimp and they charged me for it. I ordered and paid for it online. When I got home, I noticed that they gave me boiled shrimp instead. I called and they said they didn’t have bbq shrimp. So basically they knowingly gave me the wrong item and thought I wouldn’t notice. To add insult to injury they could not give me a refund by phone! I had to drive all the way back up there and they did absolutely nothing for my Inconvenience. Piss poor customer service! No manager on duty. They don’t care about you as a customer. They just want your money. Once that transaction is made forget about them doing a good job. I also ordered pho and it had no flavor at all. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered about a 100 dollars worth of food only for it to taste old and nasty. I ordered shrimp that was so over cooked the shell was soft. The meat inside was soft and mushy. Also i ordered king crabs that was dirty and still had grit! Everything was nasty expect the butter sauce. I will never spend my money here again. It even had made me sick. I had the runs for days eating at this place.

BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL MAKE YOU SICK ANS ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. ALSO THE CASHIER IS RUDE ANS TASTELESS.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! We paid for 6 lbs of crawfish potatoes and corn for 62$. The crawfish was so over cooked you couldn’t pull the meat out of the tail. When we asked for a refund they said they were going to weigh ONLY the pieces that had the tail intact, EVEN THOUGH all the meat was still inside of the tails! I let them know that and even showed them the meat in the tail and the worker said “you can’t get it out because it’s over cooked. ” So why would I have to pay for that? They refused to give us a full refund. They gave us only 45$ back. So for 17$ we got to PEEL some crawfish and a few bits of corn.great-_-
