Off the bat, customer service needs a lot of improvement. The young female employee should not be working in a face to face customer service establishment if she doesn't have the proper etiquette. The store offers a great variety of Mexican candies and snacks but for a higher price than their competition. The place is clean and well organized. If their customer service doesn't improve, they'll be losing business quickly. Regardless, come check them out for yourself.

Asked for help to see if they had more unicorn stuff for my girl's party. The girl that was stocking just completely ignored me and said what we have is what we have.i recommend the other candy store down San Pedro rd

Just happen very often when I stop by for purchases. Costumer service has been really rude, hopefully y’all find employees that’s can be more welcoming and friendly. Not one cashier has been nice, I love store but this make me not want to come back. When it first open employees were so helpful and respectful. I’m sorry never like to leave bad reviews but hopefully it changes.

Prices will ring up almost double at checkout. Prices are not as advertised on shelves. They will not honor prices.

Great products but customer service could be better. Girl at register was on phone for a while before attending me and got bothered.

They have a variety of Mexican candies at reasonable prices. Other Mexican items are also available like loterias.

They have tons of piñatas, mexican candies, snow cone syrups, some pottery & decorations at very fair pricing!
We were looking for a Mirabel piñata and they had two different styles but we went with this one! It’s the perfect size and for only $26 you can’t beat that.
We also came back in Feb 2022 and stocked up on candies for a quincenera! They have everything!

Ordered $50 worth of chips and candy. Took over 5 weeks to ship and once it arrived, it came packed very tightly in only 1 box. The chips were opened because of how they were packaged and had lost its taste. Chocolates/candy also did not taste normal. Not what i was expecting sadly

I placed an ordered May 17 and today is May 24th. I have not received any answer from anyone about my ordered. I contacted them through their “contacts us phone” that it’s a what’sApp number? At this point I need my money back if I’m not getting anything. Unreal

You don't have to go to Mexico for your candy! They have it all! And Excelente service!

I am very happy with my purchase. It's nice how nicely decorated the box came and they even put in some extra candy which my kids loved. I would highly recommend ordering from here!

Good pinata Mexican candy and Mexican themed decor selection at great prices. Will definitely be coming back!
