La Escondida Restaurant reviews
8Love getting my breakfast tacos here. I like to call my order in a few minutes ahead of time so I won't have to wait in line
Best Breakfast Tacos in RIO! Everytime we pass by we call ahead and order TO GO. If we have the time we'll stop by and enjoy the diner. Can't begin to begin to explain how good they are.
The first time eating at this place, the service was as good as the food. Will definitely visit again!
They have combos with your plates it comes with tortillas salads chips and your.its delicious.
Well hello there! While working down in South Texas in Rio Grand City, a good friend put me on to this little Mom and Pop that tucked away. La Escondida is a Great find. Homemade everything and fresh everyday. Everything is so flavorful and very affordable. I was in town a week and made several visits for breakfast and lunch. I fell in love with the barbacoa and machacado con huevo ala Mexicana. The carne guisada is awesome and best Asads tacos I’ve ever had. Never disappointed nor dissatisfied. I’ll definitely be returning much as I can.
Simply the top family-owned and operated restaurant in Rio. This small place serves the best breakfast and lunch plates in RGC. The owner and his grown children will ensure to meet all of your expectations. Homemade tortillas, flour and corn, with real lemonade are just the start of a delicious meal.
Barbacoa was very tasty, the tortillas were amazing homemade! The service was great. Parking was not that good, but over all great place. Hidden….
Very delicious, just the time I went I ordered crushed Mexican style and they didn't add chili hahahahaha
