I don’t even LIVE here but this HAS TO BE THE WORST PROPERTY EVER! Nothing ever works, the gates are always BROKEN, property is ALWAYS DIRTY, and my moms air conditioner has been out for 3 WEEKS! My mother is constantly complaining to the management team and the property managers’ response was “you can call whoever you want to call” whenever my mom said she was going to contact upper management! This apartment complex is the worst DO NOT MOVE HERE!

These apartments could be so much better if they just cared! They leave a mess everywhere you look and don't care what it looks like. Their cheep and I understand that you get what you pay for, but how about just clean up after yourself and care about your own home.

I highly recommend this place It’s very quiet and love that we have security on property. Inez the leasing manager is very awesome, sweet and makes you feel at home. Maintenance gets right to your needs. Cesar the maintenance guy is very quick at getting to your needs and is a very awesome person. I highly recommend this place

Lived here 4.5 years. Don't know why. Gated, no, no gate.w/d hook up, not in my apt.crime, crime, crime. You need a pistol and a forked stick just to get to your car.

These apartments are awful. They never have hot water. Apartment upstairs had a leak and they never did nothing. Causing mildew and mold. The office staff is unprofessional. The matience man said all he can do is paint over the mold. Curfew is set since police are always there.

Very nice and professional leasing staff. The managers Lori and Marla went above and beyond to get us moved in on short notice. New security company that is friendly, our kids can actually go outside and play. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

These apts are a complete eye sore.old furniture is surrounding building.ppl hanging out selling drugs.prostutes every where.managment steals money.charges double deposits on some ppl and tells them to give one half in cash and pockets it.building needs a good pressure washing.

I come here sometimes because I have a friend who lives back here and sometimes I need to come here. What can I say? I mean it run down and basically nothing special or fancy about it. It definitely is for the lower class people. Its located in a more run down area. There's a lot of crime and drugs in this area. If you come back here or visit for any reasons you need to be vigilant and always keep your eyes open and never leave any of your property unattendant.

Very Poor Management. I have to call too many times to report serious problems that will not get fixed in a timely manner! It takes weeks before issues are resolved and management is hardly available. Management comes and goes as please- I do not recommend living here!

Too much violence in these apartments. Gun shots & store in front of & studio always have something going on not a goid place for people with kids. Also the office staff is no good they are very rude and not worth the money paid. They dont fix maintenance issues. My ac was broken for a month.

This place is a joke! They don't put a dime into this place ever. Besides the usual bs, like the rampant crime and roaches, there are a plethora of other problems. They promote having an area too wash your clothes but will charge you for a key? They promote having a gym but for some reason the room is off limits? MULTIPLE MANAGERS CAUGHT STEALING! Would put people into apartments unofficially to collect rent. Moldy moldy moldy! They literally just spray paint over mold. I could go on and on. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Almost anywhere would be better than here. Had to update my last review because somehow it got even worse here! Btw don't park here if you don't want your car towed. They're on there toes about that tho.

Just moved in my apartment love it assistant manager Marquette very friendly person great property I will recommend these apartments to anyone.

Money order was stolen roaches limited visitor parking car will get towed Marquette I. T very helpful but there shooting every other week I have something wrong with my apt they look awful on the outside very spacious on the inside o wouldn’t recommend no one to move here there’s thug at the stores exit gates closes when exiting lots of robbery n murders

Every review I just read is accurate. I have had water pressure problems, random roach, rude management/new management, the gate closes on cars, users at the front, cops in ad out, murders (REAL), Break ins, deals, this place is definitely not a place to move to. Haven't been in the gym ever, trying to start charging to park. And the rent raises and not worth it. I can't wait for my lease to end!

The manager at this property is awesome. Amber and Blanco are a great team. They get the job done as fast as they can and every time I come in the office, I am greeted with smiles. I am glad I chose this property to live in with my family.

Awsome place to live. I never have problem. Don't expect anything from complex. If you can solve it then fix it. Leak I fixed it. Roaches I stepped on that shiznit; solved; crime call the police and be a good neighborhood snitch.

As I'm waiting in line, a woman walked in and courteously asked for a Spanish-speaking banker. Both the man and woman who she addressed her question to treated her like she was mentally handicapped. They repetitively stated that they do not, have not, implying that they prefer not to have a Spanish- speaking representative. Whether or not that is what they meant, they were extremely rude, and they treated her like crap.

These apartments are horrible. The first week my car got broken into. The management is terrible! All they do is screw you over when its time to pay rent. I had to go to the office plenty of time because they kept trying to charge me for late fees or for not paying my rent at all. Every month i had to keep my stubs to go and show them I payed on time. They are very rude. Someone got killed in the building next door. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Refuses to give back deposit. After they told me they were and made up all these fees to keep my money i was over paying for rent while here and when i address it they told me I wasn't. People always getting robbed or jumped on. Good luck living here

This is just my opinion if you have a wife and kids do not move into these apartment there has been gun shots since I have moved in we were misled about our visitors parking I know once my lease is up I am not resigning if you can find a better area like I said this is just my opinion
