Not a single shred of compassion towards her tenants, and their situations.

She talks with a disgusting attitude, clearly she lied on her resume. Unprofessional, snappy, assumes, and even tried giving financial advice, (all recorded). What a whirlwind of blatant stupidity that my family and I had to endure this week.

Trying to explain or converse anything with this individual will leave you shocked and appalled. People’s livelihoods depend on garbage like that? What has the world come to!

Seriously, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Any “5 star reviews” about this place, I would absolutely read with the upmost skepticism, pay attention to these 1 star reviews, they exist for a reason and are here to help you not make the same mistakes all of us poor souls made.

I currently live here and let me tell you, this place is horrible! If I could give it zero stars I would! We live in a 2 bed 2 bath and living here has been hell! When we got our apartment there was paint all over the floor, the ceiling lights weren’t working period. We called and ask them to come, maintenance has a horrible attitude and they never fix anything! They come when they feel like it. The staff upfront looks so stupid and clueless once someone walks in, they don’t make people feel welcomed. The parking lot is ridiculous. There is never parking available! I can’t wait to move out. I hate this place so much! I would never recommend anyone to live here. Take your money and find something better!

Terrible apartment complex. The availability on their website is complete bs. They'll allow you to apply for the apartment, take your money and then tell you the unit is no longer available. Stay away if you don't want to waste time or money.

I put my 30 day notice in on the first week of February. I payed the month of March of course and I've been moved out since February 17th. It's now April and they said I never put it in and are still charging me rent. They're "vacating " us. Which will screw our credit and make it look bad when we buy a house. Do not move into this place. They screw people over all the time

The townhome apartments are very spacious. The office is very knowledgeable and they help you whenever they can. The only bad thing is the dog park it is always muddy or wet. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

If you want to leave in a place that is beautiful n excellent maintenance? Don't look anywhere else, this is the place, plus is close to everything in a very nice area!

Very unprofessional, we had left a deposit and agreed on an apartment only for them to call us two days later and say it wasn’t available anymore, then when we went to go look at the one that was, they had the wrong apartment and the woman almost walked into a apartment someone was already living in! It was on the first floor which we had not wanted, and no where near what it looked like before, i took my mother and she thought $1050 was too much. The appliances are old. When we backed out they kept our deposit and are still charging us $220, the manager had a horrible attitude.
