Yes, I've been in the car business over 25 years. And have compared a lot of discount auto insurances for customers and La Familia is the least expensive and best customer service so far.

Worst management and the girls have so much attitude. A lady was asking about her payment. She gave her so much attitude. She started talking bad about her to the other worker in Spanish. I heard everything. I was going to get the insurance but never mind.

If there was a zero stare i will give it. I was sitting there she got my information than completely ignored me and answered a call. She helped another costumer that called instead of me sitting in-front of her. 20mins passed, than she told me to go to the another lady, she did not even tell me why. When i went to the other lady she starting having conversation and laughing with the other one. And the so called manager was there. She did not update me in what is happening or why there is a delay. When i got upset that is when she told me it is loaded. Terrible costumer service, no worse management ever.
