I requested a quote to add a second car and never got a called back I called several days after just to find out that the previous account was canceled the day before the staff never told me when my payments were due and never got a reminder, no phone call no email
Wow. Very nice place. And very nice, polite and interesting agents. They take their time to find you the lowest prices and also explain your policy in details to you.
