Called in to get new coverage for my car. Claudia was great! Very professional. She got me insured at a great price. I was very happy with the service and prices.
When I canceled my insurance they didn't refund my money, I had just renewed my insurance, and made my first payment about 20 days before due date and canceled out of 180.00 dollars they said I was going to get 36.00 dollars back, well I haven't heard or seen a refund yet. What a RIP off. So I found progressive insurance and I pay 49dollars from 89 dollars for liability insurance everyone needs to shop around.

I was trying to get a quote and the guy on the phone did not even hesitate to help me. He was very rude and did not sound like he was ready to work.
Unprofessional. They do not know what they’re doing, all they’re worrying about is making commission. Second time going to this location and experiencing unprofessionalism from reps.
I am very disappointed of this company, a rep helped me over the phone to get a policy and yet changed the amount of monthly payments after the contract was signed so then i canceled but not only did i feel cheated the cancellation form was never submitted so i am not expecting a return. Such horrible service, I will finish my own personal policy and find insurance else where. Horrible customer service
After the location on Pinnacle gave me a hard time and took extremely long to get a copy of my policy via email, I was unsatisfied and came to this location on Davis where I was greeted and attended as soon as I walked in by the girls there! They were very professional and had me out within 5 minutes! Thank you!
