It’s your basic no frills insurance. Better than many in same category. The reminder text gets a bit annoying and don’t appreciate the amount quoted in the reminder text doesn’t include the agent fee so it’s easy to get in trouble if you are forgetful. Let’s be clear, while the potential for improvement is definitely there it’s not there yet. Renewing policy over the phone is FAR FROM giving 5 star rating as my experience was definitely not great. Reminder texts MUST BE MORE ACCURATE to include ANY agency surcharges and not so frequent or allow customers to adjust the frequency.

If I could say one thing about this place is I always get the best service! I always ask for Isabel because she makes it so much easier for me to find cheap insurance, she is truly amazing at her job!
