It's cool, but they need to clean the woman's restrooms better, and get rid of the nats around the showering area near the jacuzzi.

Wow! Is the best way to describe this LA Fitness! It is one of the best hands down in the area.

I have never been to a cleaner and organized LA fitness facility/gym which is a huge concern of mine.
One of the biggest reasons I like this location so much is the staff, they truly make the difference in how everything comes together at this facility! Some may not notice but the staff play a huge role in how great this place is!

Specifically, Amy. A and Emily. C work so hard up at the front desk provide members with the most positive and welcoming energy, it’s contagious! This is key to me in getting my morning workout/routine started at whatever time I decide to come in.

There is always something major broken. Wifi is out for 2 months. Now it's the AC. Now it's the hot water.

The newest thing is they removed their paper towel stations and disinfectant for cheap wipes that are good for one use, and they're usually empty anyway.

On a positive note, they have the 2 story floor plan here with cardio on top, and I much prefer that. Also, all the treadmills have fans which is great as some of the newer locations don't.

The new smoothie at LA Fitness! Hands down great as well as this gym.

Elle was very helpful and professional. She helped me understand the product and also made great recommendations to when to try each product, whether before or after your workout! The meal replacements are my favorite and are worth trying.

They finally have a juice bar called Shake Sum and it is delicious! Their metabolism tea is to die for, the meal placements taste great, and they have a variety of flavors!

While I don’t have a problem with the gym itself, our experience was awful. Upon signing up we were told a specific amount and what all was included, however after paying and showing up for the first time we learned that was all incorrect. We were told that it would be fixed and then the next thing we knew the entire accounts team quit and walked out. Another manager at a different location did his best to help us, but we ultimately decided to go to a different gym. I would like to say the staff that ran the kids club were amazing and the gym was clean, but it was not ran well and felt that we would most likely continue to have billing issues due to the lack of knowledgeable staff which is why we decided to cancel.

So glad to visit this gym and they have a Shake bar in here. That Pre workout got me through my workout. Next time I’ll try it with the tea.

I wish this location had more than 1 hip abductor machine… not a huge problem, it would just be nice… also sometimes the teenagers who aren’t actually working out are little annoying but other than that not a bad location.

It's a great gym, clean, great location, great classes, gave only 4 stars because they don't have a private changing rooms or extra hooks in the shower

Current member and have not had the best experiences in the past with previous GMs or staff. Dylan took care of all my questions and concerns, best GM in LA history. Whenever Dylan was away, Alex P was always there for me.

I have been member for almost 6years with this gym, however I have seen a lot of mismanagement around the gym while I was member and some other issues, but still I was a member because it was close to my house, anyways I had an issue regarding my bill which was really my right their management team member (Dylan) did not take care of me I felt because of my color or my accent.

I really don’t offer any friend or family to be LA fitness member.

I worked at LA Fitness for a year and some months. After almost a year of neglectful management, Dylan (current GM) really turned things around for me as a trainer and made it a great environment to work in, he really is there for his employees and wants them to succeed. Alex Pantelakos is a rockstar

It's been since about winter 2022 it's about 80 in the place while the ac is off. When doing cardio you may as well go outside at least then it will be fresher.

The tv signs saying free wifi for members is taunting as there has been no wifi since Winter.

The bathroom are bathroom i expect them to be dirty.

This gym offers gray equipment. But the amenities make me wonder if I should renew next year. The fact that the area is a dead zone makes it hard to enjoy your persona music while working out.

Came in as a guest with my sister, the manager Dylan gave me a 10/10 tour of the equipment and amenities. I would recommend this gym to anyone, no complaints

This is my goals place, safe for me to change my body to the tone and look that I want. It has all the equipment I need to get to where my heart desires my body to get…love it!

Had a billing issue and they charged me 300 dollars. Outrageous. Mistakes happen but when I contacted them they wouldn’t do anything about it. Great gym. Horrible customer service.

4th time this year, the boiler doesn't work, means no hot water for shower.
They should spend money on water system not tint window.
