LA Fitness, Austin TX

We have been going to this gym for about 6 months and it is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and it is a great place to workout.

This one is way better than the one on Lamar. It didn't feel like I was in a library. Lack of 5 star is because, nothing is ever 5 star, so thays just a default for me, I saw nothing to really complain about thay stood out. Avid gym rat, 5-6 days a week for over a decade with la fitness so I have good baseline references

Junior is the man, he is the most honest rep that Ive met and hes helped tremendously and helped me handle the situation im in. If i do come back to LA Fitness it will be because Junior.

Had a great experience at the gym yesterday! Came to visit and the guys at the front and manager are super chill. Gym was clean and people working out were cool people. Basketball courts were nice and gym was clean overall.

Gone downhill since I’ve joined. Soap in restrooms and Sani wipes for machines are always out. Machines like the stair master are always down. 1 out of 3 that were working was bugging out on me today, jumping levels by itself increasing speed. Front was told of the issue and they brushed it off. I feel bad for whoever gets injured on it due to staff negligence.

This LA Fitness is clean and well maintained. The staff are really helpful and laid back. Great spot for a workout.

Really great service, joining is easy with a lot of options and there’s no nonsense or shady stuff around canceling either.

Equipment has good diversity and things are typically available. Amenities like basketball and sauna and pool are great too.

Great gym! Lots of equipment, clean, and not too busy during peak hours. Reasonable prices as well.

Had my keys stolen from my locker and my credit cards stolen out of my car while I was working out. Gym is filthy and their water is hot! Just go to Golds Gym!

Gym is alright.

The layout is my biggest complaint. They have machines at the front of the gym, rows of more cardio equipment than they need, and then weights in the back. I don’t understand why they don’t keep the weights and machines nearby.

Other than that, pretty inconsistent with cleanliness and machines take forever to be repaired.

I will say that the price is fair and is probably the best low cost option gym in the area.

I think this gym is pretty good. It’s a nice size, has a lot of features, and has tons of equipment. My only hang up is the attention to cleanliness. This is mostly due to the patrons. I can’t tell you how many profusely sweaty people I see using equipment and then walking away. Disgusting. Staff needs to call these people out and have more awareness for patrons to wipe off their own mess.
