LA Fitness, Euless TX

Can't cancel online, they're making me come into the gym to cancel, or mail a form. Overpriced too they doubled their rates from a few years ago there's better gyms in the area for a lot less money.

The new mgr Andres is the worst I've seen in the business. My ex boss told me it was ok to date the members of the club. This generation of kids are so unprofessional and fearful its a real reflection on character. My work was my reflection of character Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa across the board you're a fearful liar Andres. I can't even use u as a reference. Keep your bags with you 8/30 in the evening my locker was broken.

I need to cancel my Membership and LA Fitness is making it impossible to do that. I can’t cancel over the phone and I somehow have to physically come into the gym M-F 9-5 (WHEN I ALSO WORK) to cancel it. Really? ! I have to take time off work to cancel a gym membership? I absolutely do not recommend signing up with them at this point if inconveniencing peoples’ lives doesn’t bother them.

Scam! Be aware. They gave me hard time canceling my membership right at the end of first month. They keep charging my accounts. Don’t give them bank details, ask for paper bill. BIG SCAM!

Staff did not follow full protocol during covid.
Staff will barely acknowledge you, if they do at all. They claim to clean the machines - they do not.
Machines are frequently broken, miscalibrated, etc.
They keep it way too hot for a gym to save on electricity.
No effort is made to keep free weights organized.
They will lie to you about the requirements for cancellation - you can cancel in person with the Operations Manager. I'm sure they could cancel over the phone, but they seem to prefer to experience the cold glare of a frustrated customer in person.

I got stuck here one night when I was in the hot tub and then banned me for life for even tho they didn’t do a last check to make sure no one was in the building!

Nice, could be cleaner, not bad, good staff, basketball courts racquet ball courts included.

My 5 star review is in recognition of significant improvements in “ambiance” of the club as result of the recent management change & also in anticipation of continuous improvement that I firmly believe will be transpiring. Andres is a breath of fresh air compared to 2 previous managers (Aaron & Michael). Both made no effort to hide their disdain for members & had no concept of customer satisfaction. Andres is very personable & intuitive young manager who has already made a positive impact on club employees & the general look & feel of the club that had deteriorated badly under Aaron & Michael. I have personally witnessed Andres providing direction to club employees in a very constructive manner & also attempt to have positive contact with every member or guest as they enter the facility. He practices MBWA (management by wandering around) to keep his finger on the pulse of the club.

Great place for work outs! The swim lessons place aka British Aqua can do a better job! Very congested and too overpriced!

I had a terrible experience, I left my phone on the run machine and I went to the bathroom and when I came back I didn’t found it when I asked them to look on the camera they didn’t I don’t understand people they should went to the gym to take the stress out and get a new energy but people they went there to stole other people stuff I don’t care about the just all my memories in there has more value to me

To the blonde girl at check in and her associates who chose not to assist my family today. No sense of customer care one bit

1st time visiting this gym, my lock was cut and the theif went through my bag (luckily I don't keep anything off value besides my keys in there) and threw my bag into another locker. 2 other members have also told me of their valuables being stolen. Staff seems like they could care less. The manager seemed like I was annoying him. Buddy get into another line of work if you can't deal with the general public. Go to another gym, folks.

They have great facilities!
They gave me a free 1-week invitation to see the place and I was impressed!
I mainly liked their pool, I love swimming! And I also used the racquetball court, which is in magnificent condition. Excellent!

Was visiting a friend because I was thinking about joining made me sit and call wasn’t able to work out rude management don’t go to this location.

I never canceled because they got their act together & the staff is now exceptional.

My last posting for this Company. I wish Billy & Rasheeda the best I enjoy working with them good luck on the future. I'm still disappointed the way I was push out with no answer I have no comment for my old supervisor. But I move on and God will always bless me another door closed another door open. My experience with custodian jantor experience over twenty years experience will take me somewhere else.

My daughter attends British Swim School at this location. Front staff is always friendly. The gym has everything you need. Definitely get you a membership:)

Very nasty—especially pool/sauna/hot tub/showers. Always mold and hair everywhere. The swimsuit dryer hasn't worked for 2 years. The sauna door doesn't shut totally- for months mow. They closed the pool and hot tub for weeks but it is no cleaner than it was. The dividers in the pool are coated with grime. I could go on and on.
