Great facility, requires maintenance. Should not be a signature club.

Dry sauna and steam room have been out of service for a while. Members pay extra for these amenities, especially the steam room.

If you close the gym at 10pm on Fridays then actually close it at 10pm. People showed up at 9pm were being turned away.like for what.

I have joined in this gym since November 2023. From that time to till today the hot Sauna for the ladies is not working and till today no idea when are they going to fix it. Whenever I question about it staff replies carelessly they have no idea.

I tried to not leave a low review of this location. I have been a member since December 2022 and the pool continually gets worse and worse. Myself as well as a couple of my friends that come to the gym have spoken to the staff as well as the manager about the condition of the pool and it never seems to get cleared up. Often I get out and my skin is dry and itchy for a couple of days regardless of how many showers I take and how much lotion I use to get rid of the itching. My face often burns for awhile after words. I am currently searching other locations for lapping pools and will leave the "Signature" LA Fitness as soon as I find a suitable location for me. The wet sauna is often down and the dry sauna has been down for at least 4-5 months. The pics attached are show how bad it is. You can barely tell but there is someone in the pool in BOTH pictures.
I am leaving 2 stars because for the most part the gym is fairly nice although a little more attention to detail could be had when deep cleaning the equipment from time to time. What lowered the rating drastically is the pool condition as well as broken saunas.

Horrible experience. Why do I have to cancel on a certain day and time? The Mexican lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude and needs more training. Worst gym in the area. It’s small, alway packed, and the workers need customer service training. Eos is better, save ur money guys!

Gym is overall pretty good and there are a lot less people since EOS opened down the street. However, the stream room and sauna are constantly down. I upped my insurance plan to cover LA fitness and its been frustrating. Why pay a premium for a place that constantly has upgraded functions out of service. When staff is asked to come turn it on or look at it, they simply tell you that's is just down for the day, when clearly it has been working earlier in the day

Helpful staff, very clean, updated facilities.
Comprehensive activities offered, few cancellations of classes.
Extensive floor equipment and machines offered. You hardly wait to work out.

Signed up for this gym today. While signing up, I clearly asked if they have a Sauna and I was told yes. After paying first and last month, when I go in the locker the sauna is shut until further notice.

When I ask the guy at front desk, he says the sauna rarely ever works and that I need to come in during Monday to Friday to cancel. Seems like a scam. Lied straight to my face.

The infrared sauna is closed. There is no information posted. All it mentions that it is closed for indefinite period. A sales person giving tour to a prospective customer mentioned it is closed due to some nationwide lawsuit etc.
It would be nice if there is clear information posted with timeline.

The steam room was not working either.

We have been visiting this location since it started couple of years ago. They really need to focus on maintenance and customer service.

Writing after 1 yr 3 month experience with LA fitness & in good spirit to let other customers know how this business is handled. In general expect poor customer service and false promises. Writing this as no choice left as it’s very difficult to reach training instructor Marcus (person i dealt with during sign up). He or staff would not return texts, phone calls at LA F locations but will make empty promises, so don’t count on it.

Sign up staff and personal training staff wants to lure you in to their poorly managed facility and staff with subpar ethics. After you sign up, your instructor, personal training manager may be changed few times so you can’t keep anyone accountable. Most trainers not available outside of your office hours. Equipments are new but sauna is not working for months.

Another issue is, I was keep getting charge on my credit cards after personal training time (6 month) expired. When I asked to pause, manager Marcus cancelled it without knowing my next steps. Then told me he will reinstate but relocated to Cinco Ranch and would not answer phone calls or multiple messages. It’s worse customer service and outright poor ethics. It is very frustrating to see how low business and ethnics can go. Wish to report to corporate if they are actually reading.

These guys don’t answer the phone… That’s critical for a gym. The sauna & steam room are down to frequently.

Awful. I had to ask for a tour as a new member I felt this should have been offered. Very high pressure to sign up for training sessions. I did not want them and I don’t want to pay for them. That’s my choice and I won’t feel bad for not signing up. The manager asked me to demonstrate a chest exercise and I did some pectoral/chest flyes, he tells me nope I’m working my shoulders. My mouth literally drops open. Yes shoulders are involved but so is the chest hence the name of the exercise. Because of that I barely listened to anything he had to say after that and I won’t be following any of his advice. There was a lot of fast talking and razzle dazzle with numbers and writing. The staff I’ve come across are unprofessional except Taylor who did my assessment. She’s new and very nice. I’ve no confidence in the training staff.

The basketball courts are almost always closed. At least they have been the last few times I’ve been here. The sauna has been broken for months. There is no Pilates class. Not sure why it’s a signature club highly recommend the club down the highway in the river park shopping center
