5Famous for the All You Can Eat Catfish. Also many great breakfast choices. Mexican food dishes are great too.
They have some of the best fried catfish we've ever had. We've eaten at LA Fonda Del Sol for about 8 years when we're in Jacksonville. Family owned, and we've never had a bad catfish plate. I would definitely recommend it. Don't be turned away by the atmosphere. The food is good at a very reasonable price

The food is great, the value per dish really depends on what you order. But more often than not, a good value.
The vent-a-hood for the grill/kitchen area is insufficient, often leaving the dining area smokey.
