La Hacienda Bakery, Houston TX

I order a cake plain white with red and blue trim and this is what I got. Not even close to what i ask for. Customer service was poor because the person who picked it up spoke English they did not listen when he said the cake was not correct. Not only did they fail to make the correct cake, fail to listen to a paying customer but when I went to confront them about it they said they wouldn't do anything about it. They messed up a child cake and they have no shame about it or even try to fix it. HORRIABLE place. DO NOT ORDER YOUR CAKES HERE!

JUST BAD WEEK OLD PASTRIES. I went in for some Pan dulce (pastries) and to get a cake. When I asked the lady when and if the cake was fresh? She rolled her eyes and said "yes its fresh, we make all of our pastries each day! ". And I said " well, i doubt that.because if the cake is fresh why is the Icing which is whipped cream, Solid like a week old Rock? ! I get that the sweet breads are meant to be hard for coffee or chocolate milk BUT YOUR CAKES ARE HARD LIKE ROCKS TOO? ! I wish the owner would try and talk to me about this place

Yo entiendo que los pan dulces deben de ser duros para comer con el café o un chocolate de abuelita. ¿Pero PORQUE LOS PASTELES QUE VENDEN AQUÍ ESTÁN MUY DUROS COMO PIERDAS, por favor?

Walked in here everything was really clean, the bread really fresh and the service was awesome all do we got some cheesecake flan for the family the taste wasn’t that good
