The food is more or less, but the cashier didn't even want to serve. I was already placing my order and suddenly he went to serve other people.

The service is disgusting, we arrived at the restaurant at 9: 35pm and they didn't open the door for us and they supposedly close at 10pm. I knocked on the door but the girl didn't even want to look at me.

Very good attention from Silvia, delicious food, plus the wire cake and the place is very clean.

Bad service, the lady who served us was very rude and arrogant, we asked her for mayonnaise and she said no because she already had it. I asked her what a cake she had and she told me that it was there on the screen to read it.she treated us much more than that was today, Friday September 01,2023 at 11: 50 in the morning.please hire more educated people.and eager to serve the customer.

The wire machete is one of the best foods I have ever had in Irving, it has an exquisite seasoning, I definitely recommend it 100%, it is so delicious that at first bite you are delighted with such rich flavours, without a doubt the best Mexican food in Texas, and the sauce uffff is a very rich and spicy complement, just the way I like it, at home we are fascinated with this restaurant

This restaurant is run very well. The food tastes great, the employees make you feel at home, and the prices are very reasonable. This is the kind of place I’d like to go to at least once a week. Thank you very much!

Called to do a pick up order, lady answered quickly after 10mins on hold the call was disconnected. Call again the lady answered saying, "I have a long line we are not taking orders over the phone " and hung up.

I know that the specialty is tortas, but be sure to try the quesadillas in this place, highly recommended, they have various combinations, all with a unique flavor and texture.

Of the most expensive that I have bought the bad service, it seems that they are in bad shape, it is not their fault that they have to work. Unonpays a lot like a coke for more than 4 dollars for a smile is ridiculous but good. Whoever wants to pay well I'm not coming back

It's my first time visiting the Irving location. Everything was very pleasant, from the welcome from the person at the cashier who says her name is Silvia on the receipt; the music, the food, everything, for me the best witch.

Yesterday I went here to check it out and I really loved the food here and they have a variety of tortas to choose from and I highly recommend the alambre for your first time! The customer service was amazing (her name is Silva) and she was really nice and very helpful she pointed me to the right direction for a good torta that satisfied my craving

First time to go but the food was very delicious, the place was clean, fresh and very good, but the attention of the staff, especially the owner of the place, with the elderly people is excellent and very pretty, that is invaluable for them, they feel treated with love.
