Super fun setting and atmosphere. I personally felt it was a bit overpriced, but that's what you get at tourist locations. I got some salt water taffy that I thought was a bit off, but it's all made old-fashioned style, so it might be that.

Absolutely love their ice cream. Born and Raised in Texas and I love my Bluebell Ice-cream but this place gives them a run for their money. The atmosphere is so nostalgic, you can't help but remember being a kid getting excited about candy. If you haven't been here you are missing out.

It's a nice place to visit. A little pricey though. 4 dollars for a single scoop of ice cream. The chocolate is pretty pricey too. It tastes good though. The orange peels are good, so were the coconut ones. The double mint peppermints were super minty! They also have a coffee counter, but I didn't get anything there.

My family and I have been coming here every time we make a trip to Galveston. The staff is great, always patient with the kiddos when trying to decide on what to pick, they handle the large crowds great too.

We stop by everytime we visit Galveston. It's an awesome candy store with a wide assortment of tummies, ice cream, popcorn, delish hot chocolate. So much fun!

I love this place. Old fashioned shakes, in house candy made weekly, and a great environment makes this place top of the strand. A must visit.

It feels like if you stepped back in time. We tried the ice cream, chocolate candy and different soda pops and they are awesome. It's my second time coming here and I will be back. They have many more things that I wana try but time was against us. I highly recommend it. It's awesome for your kids and it's awesome to bring your date here.

Reminded me of stepping into the store back when I was a kid. Except, this time, my kid was the kid. They have every kind of sugar you can imagine. I think my daughter was in awe and she's the sugar know-it-all. A little too crowded in the pandemic world. No enforcement of masks by the employees and none of them were not wearing masks either which was a bit unsettling. This is a "must visit" placez but for those who are trying to stop the spread, you probably will feel more comfortable going on a weekday.

This is a great place to visit and get malt. I had a milk shake and watched as they were making salt water taffy with an antique packaging machine. It is truly a spot you must visit when you are on the Strand.

This place is amazing! Candy on one side and ice cream, malts and coffee on the other side. This place has been a family tradition for me. If you want a place with character and charm, this place has it. There are a few tables in the center for family gathering. If you get a chance, watch the taffy pulling! It's a cool process.
