I can't say I am frequent customer of this place.still, I am really happy to know this location is indeed exists for last 22 years I live in the area! Now and then I stop by over there for lunch and I was never disappointed, even once! Very solid place with absolutely unique atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Will is the manager, and he is so attentive, caring, and kind! The food is always delicious. Pasta and salads are very flavorful!

Im here now. 7: 30 AM September 7,2023 Horrible service. I watched 2 people walk in after me.no one behind the counter to take care of them. I ordered the American Breakfast.the egg quality is not what it once was.they under cook the bacon every single time. It's like a shoelace soft. Coffee not hot. I asked for cream.its yesterdays cream left in the pitcher and its about 1/8" full.it's old. This place used to be great but quality and service has hit bottom. Dont come here. People left standing around when they come in, to place an order.this is ridiculous. I wont be coming back after all these years. WOW! No one is watching this place.

We tried the Crepe la Madeleine, Strawberry Nutella Crepe, Chicken Parisien Sandwich, and Quiche Florentine. The crepes were tiny portions, but tasted good. I really liked the sandwich and quiche. The quiche took a while to bake.

The last time I visited la Madeleine, they still served meals behind the display window as you pushed your tray. Now, everything is made to order. Food is still good, but the wait is a little longer.

Went there and put a big order in today my girlfriend was looking forward to it and they told us after 40 minutes they didn’t have it? They didn’t know that sooner?

Good food and service, however according to a new policy, this location no longer takes phone orders with payment in-store. All payments must be done by giving your card information over the phone which is a bit inconvenient when driving or if you're trying to pay with cash when arriving. Online orders were also unavailable at this time for some reason. Ended up placing my to-go order in-store and waiting in the lobby.

Back in the day. Like 10 ago it was excellent, now corporate ran. They don't listen to the customer about taste. It's the C. O that determines the taste by the cost of not so good food the C. O that over it now is Trailer trash taste.

La Madeline is one of the best places to go and have a chat over lunch or a cup of tea. Free wifi worked well for casual browsing. The food has all been amazing every time I visit!

Great place to sit and talk with friends and family. The food and the service were amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Today I came in and I was greeted by Friendly Smile's! Will was very Welcoming & Kind! Cristian Provided Excellent Customer Service, (Well Spoken and Knowledgeable) Definitely Happy to Help Me! I asked what he recommended for me to eat today and. (His Recommendation was Amazing!) He KNEW Exactly what Meal to Recommend! "Creamy Pesto Pasta" and Boy was it Delicious. ***Thank you Cristian!
&Thank you Chef! ***The place was Clean and Very Well Maintained, TEAM WORK here is INCREDIBLE! This includes: Friendliness, Recommendations, and Skills! I could tell that Everyone was Enjoying there Jobs and Very Happy to Provide Customer Service! I was very Happy to be here amongst a Wonderful and Healthy Environment! Are used to eat here all the time as a kid, unfortunately they do not have these out in California so anytime I come back home I try and stop in for lunch. Luckily I had time this trip and everything tasted as wonderful as I can remember. I truly wish we had one of these out in Sacramento, or even something similar. They are quiche is to die for, and they are known for their tomato basil soup for a reason! They also have this wonderful potato pancake…I could go on. I was so hyped up to finally go and I am so happy that it lived up to my expectations. Please please please open one up in California!

We had chicken friand today. It’s been a while but I don’t remember the chicken being ground. Not good. Unsure if I will be back.

Awful. Quality has declined. And the tipping for no reason. I get to set my own table, get my own drinks and find my own table, in a sea of dirty tables. Last visit

I absolutely love this La Madeline! There is one rustic table that I love to sit at. All of the food is delightful and perfectly cooked and presented. I did forget to take a photo of the food before I ate, so sorry for that! The cappuccino was ON POINT! I will be returning again very soon!

Really good food and nice environment. Only four stars because the standing in line ordering process is a bit slow and disorganized.

Excited to try coming from CA. Tiny portions. Tiny crossiont sandwich. Tiny blueberry crepe (only one). Luke warm coffee (early morning). Big price tag. Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

Fresh salads, croissants, and coffee. Great place. Food is same quality for each place we have been to.

I loved this place! First time going here and I will be back. The atmosphere was very homey, fireplaces and I loved the way the tables were positioned. It's a very quaint and cute and relaxing place, and the food was delicious! The company I went with was NOT cool so I'll be going back ALONE!

There is no better place to have a good coffee. The treatment of the staff very friendly. I recommend it 100%.
