La Michoacana Meat Market, Fresno TX

Like the store some days better than others. TODAY Customer service subpar. AND these tacos! Are TOO EXPENSIVE! (1ST& last time this location) $13 for 3 wrong and then COLD tacos! Never again! There is enough cilantro on here to kill a horse and was only suppose to be on one taco. Not even the meat was warm. Beans clumpy and cold. Cheese won't melt after being wrapped in foil because it's too cold! It was around 11: 20 -11: 30 in the morning no excuse!

Shopped here for the first time and was pleasantly pleased at the quality and variety of meats that were available. Will be back.

This Michoacan woman has lost a lot of value.
In the summer they changed the butchers and now the cuts of meat are too thick and almost always missing a cut of meat. When it is your turn to order your meat, the butchers take a long time to deliver your order. They are too slow!

Yes this store is great!
But their customer service is horrible, I paid for my tacos two employees are at the register not one of them said good morning! Even after I paid no thank you nothing!
Then one of them proceeds to ask for her lunch at the kitchen counter, this other gentleman asked if I have been helped I told this one guy what I needed and now that one lady that never spoke to me now she has a voice. Telling me what I need to do Let me tell you I almost caught a case. I have given this place so many chances and I also understand our culture is not to be "polite" but these people take the cake.

My first time going to this Michoacana, and I live almost 1 hour from this area and it was worth driving far and to this Michoacana. From the moment you enter, all the workers welcome you very friendly. The ladies in the kitchen are also very friendly, all the food looks very good, the gorditas are also very good, the fresh waters are also very good. Above all excellent service I will come again

Terrible cold coffee, bitter and without spoons, and they don't give you your money back

Everything is fine but on Saturday April 15, the one who sent me to the butcher shop was very filthy, sending me away and picking his nose and then he didn't put on a glove and so he threw my hands in the jar where they had the marinated chicken and the fajita and beef ribs and half the bag all stained with the sauce that left the band where you collect well stained.

Awfully sad that these people have no likings for others outside of themselves. I was asking the young cashier if he could translate to the cook behind the counter that couldn't understand English if he could ask her to point out the cooked meat that wasn't too spicy because I was getting tacos. He acted as if he didn't want to do it or didn't care about my patronage of there business. I will never reture for that kind of treatment nor will I refer anyone. I mean can we all just get along for the love of Christ!

Bad customer service. They refused to scramble my eggs that came with the breakfast special. They told me it had to be sunny side up like in the picture on the ad. They wouldn’t even let me pay extra to have the eggs scrambled. I had to get a refund just because of this. I guess they don’t like money or there customers here.
