Take your kids to the Kindercare down the street please. This is to expensive (also they charge full price even if your kid is only there for one day that week)

I can not describe how much I love this place. I always feel great knowing my child is in capable hands. She has fun, and truly loves to get out of the car to go to daycare. The teachers are AWESOME as well. I never worry about diaper rash, her being hungry, or not taken care of. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Unprofessional, treat children terrible and director and assistant director dont care when teachers mistreat children. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Pluses- The head Director is a Sweetheart and loves kids, Daycare is clean, organized, fun pre-school for the kids, plays music in the morning sings songs. Potty trains at 2, Lots of fun activities for the kids with parent involvement.
MINUSES- food program is ok, Tracy is very good with the kids Most of the teachers either dont speak, and dont know how to effectively communicate with adults, parents. A simple good morning is sufficient.
Best class to start a kid here is preschool, toddler 1 and toddler 2 is overcrowded.
Child has been in toddler 1 and toddler The only nurturing teacher left months ago, I watched how nurturing she was with all of the babies and I had to call one time when the other teacher spoke to my toddler sternley for no reason. Toddler teacher complain that my toddler was eating boogers and it grosses her out. ‍️
I Chose this daycare because its cleaner than Kinder Care and even overcleaned with the smell of bleach, it has cameras and it seemed like the better daycare in the area. However my delima is that the teachers are not as nurturing as they should be in the way they speak to the babies. I see growth opportunities for workers, Customer Service seminar on how to adjust between speaking with parents versus children.

The average for the week has been around 46, I was told by Kristi; its a policy that as long as it not below 40 degrees the kids would go outside to play. I discovered it wasn’t s policy. It’s “ the better judgment” of Kristi to take kids outside in 46 degree weather during flu season. Don’t seem very smart
