I’m not most parents I will be watching the videos/cameras and this is my son 2nd day coming and already Sophia Mohammed put hands on my son and made him cry and said he threw toys at another kid I didn’t see my son do that shitt at all and once I get there my son is still crying and saying he gotta go peee and I’m like so you gonna let him have accident and not take him to the restroom I’m still so furious and I call the higher people and I guarantee I better get what I paid and the registration fee! So ridiculous don’t ever put your hand on another kid that is not yours period.

The staff don't seem to care about my concerns I've talked to them many times that my child's needs to get cleaned properly after ever diaper change. Since day 1 baby has gone home with ugly rash I've never had to deal with in baby's 9months of life before till now. On top of that I see many sick going to daycare too it's horrible.

My son was attending this La Petite for about 2 years. We never really had an issue until recently. My son is super hyper and needs to stay busy. These teacher do not know how to keep him busy or know how to take care of him. Yes my son is not perfect and has some tantrums but I feel like they kept picking on him. He was doing fine until a new assistant director started there. There was another kid that would instigate my child and I would never see him in the front office getting in trouble or his mom getting called to pick him up like they would do to me. He was recently kicked out because he ran out of the building and continued to run around the building. I wanted to know how my son was able to get out in the first place. He could have easily ran into the busy street because the outside gate can easily be opened by any child. They attempted to shift the blame on my child when in reality it was a great example of their lack of capability to keep my child safe and do their job. I called the main headquarters to complain about this and they were more concerned that I called the assistant director a teacher. They showed no professionalism or concern for the safety of my child. On top of that I have to wait two weeks for my refund! If you have a hyper active child I suggest you look elsewhere. These new ladies do not know how to handle or take care of children.
