There are good things and bad things about this apartment but the bad outweighed the good for me. My apartment clearly already has roaches because within 2 days of moving in, there were roaches everywhere. I am a clean person and would keep all food sealed, messes cleaned, everything dry, and nothing helped. I had pest control come every week and they would just spray and tell me to wait 2 weeks and see if it got better. It never did. I got my own traps and spray and never was able to slow them down. Besides the roaches, there were people screaming and fighting outside once or twice a week late into the night, the windows weren't sealed so ants and flies got in. The paint job was one of the worst I've ever seen, the kitchen cabinets and appliances were extremely low quality, was clearly spray paint under the new layer of paint the apartment attempted to clean up, there was glass all over the roads outside the apartment, the laundry room onsite was always locked, and it's very close to loud and busy streets. The good things: the manager is really nice and helpful, the people I met who lived there are wonderful people, it's very cheap, and the maintenance team is very good.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless it was your last option and you were looking for a temporary place.
