Worst place ever! Don’t go here unless you want to be treated poorly,
but customer service and rude people

No es un lugar con buen servicio al cliente y tienen un actitud horribel su servicio es muy miserable

I showed my hair dresser a picture of the hair i wanted, (vomitboyx on pinterest on tiktok.their hair was literally my hair type if i fluffed it and styled it.) and she claimed to not be able to cut it like that due to my hair type.understandable, i moved on, but i showed her another one and she said she could cut it like that.the finished product wasnt identical at all, it looked like a regular bob which IS NOT what i wanted. (prosthe.tic on tiktok is what i showed her)

cried for hours or whatever dysphoria & my parents opinions were NOT it

Bad experience they dont do hair good horrible job and over priced all curtainly will not go again

The blonde hair cuban woman with boots burnt my scalp and dyed my hair with another hair color i didn't ask for and now i have a hair color i dont like and plus i i have a burnt scalp

Claudia is an amazing hair colorist. She’s always very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to her job. I especially appreciate that she always leaves my hair glamorous. I’m soooo glad I met her and pricing is very reasonable especially for her professional work.

**Definitely don’t recommend this place! The lady with blonde hair and cowboy boots who works at the back of the salon made this my worst experience. She messed up my layers, not to mention how vulgar she was towards me.
**No recomiendo este lugar! La señora que tiene pelo rubio y siempre usa botas vaqueras me corto el pelo muy mal! Las capas que me iso me quedaron muy mal, tambien es muy vulgar con la gente.

I went in and within 1 minute I was in the seat getting my hair cut. The lady that took care of me was nice and it was an overall positive experience.

My mom went to get a haircut last weekend and she was very upset with the lady who cut her hair. She told my mom her hair smells like “podrido “ which means old and moldy and burnt. My mom was very upset she doesnt remember her name but she was a blonde lady. She was very uncomfortable there was being so disrespectful to my mom. She was also upset because she just wanted a quick haircut no shampoo no nothing and she kept saying they had to do it that they don’t flat iron they only do it if they shampoo the hair. She will definitely never be back again. No lo recomiendo a nadie. La señora esta pendeja.
