Was able to get a good rate at a short notice. Check-in staff was very friendly. Noticed some customers with their pets so happy to know that it is a pet friendly hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely return.

This is an old facility that needs a total re-do. Mold in the shower, bedside lamp broken, key card had to be reprogrammed every time I left the room and staff tried to overcharge for the room vs the rate online when I reserved the room. I generally like LaQuintas when I'm traveling and they are a good value for the cost but this place was pretty awful. There are so many hotels in the area. I have to believe most any other place would have been better than this place.

Myself and two of my friends slept comfortably in a double (two queen beds) room. Brandi, the front desk clerk, was so much fun! She made sure to mention the complimentary breakfast — which was delicious. We’ll be back!

1) Crickets in the room and make noise all night in the room.
2) Fleas in the bed and on the floor.
3) Animal smell in the doorway frame as you enter into the door.
4) Check your bill before leaving the building.
5) Front door receptionist very friendly.

We had a terrible experience at this motel. The front desk gal first assigned us a room next door to the elevator, and we could hear clearly through the thin walls the loud beeps from the elevator. We informed the staff we wanted to change rooms. Then they assigned us a room that was cigarette smoke infested. My husband and I are both allergic to smoke. When we went downstairs to check out, the staff was assisting a party and seemed to be having a hard tine. There was also another party waiting before us. So we left to get some dinner and to find a nice hotel. When we returned, we I forms the flustered staff that we were just going to check out because we weren’t happy with the rooms. They ended up charging us for one night and we didn’t even stay there. I asked for the manager to get in contact with us right away to dispute the charge. They said he would be in on Monday. I called Monday morning and they informed me that Vick called in and said he would not be in. I wanted to write this review and inform others to stay away from this bad service motel! Never again will we book at a La Quinta Motel!

We only booked one night for our stay the young lady that checked us in was wonderful. However later in the evening coming down for dinner someone had thrown up in the elevator. We told the desk attendant about the issue and she said " yeah I know somone told me already ". She did not attempt to deal with the issue. When we came back inside she said oh the elevator is out of order for now. We informed her this is a biohazard and she laughed it off so when passing by the elevator it was not blocked off so we saw a couple of wet floor signs and placed them in front of the elevator entrance.

I have never had to vacuum my hotel room EVER! I stayed at this particular hotel for four days. There were 5 people in the room. The excuse I was given was we short staff housekeepers. The other excuse given was we only take out the trash and give you new towels. I got the trash taken out one day the whole time I was there. The day the trash was taking out the floor needed to be vacuumed, I went downstairs and got a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed myself cause I don’t like nasty. After constantly calling finally manager get on the phone and tell me he can give a a 10% discount…WTH! Taxes is 8.25% really dude… They nasty there not clean STAY away from there. Pure nastiness. This is nothing personal this is business no compensation just excuses. I don’t play about my money, I will be compensated for my inconvenience.

Wasn’t impressed with the hotel for what I paid. I booked a deluxe suite and in the room description it said there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I want what I pay for. Older outdated hotel. Just wasn’t clean enough for me. The elevator was sketchy. The front desk ladies were great though! I just wouldn’t stay there again.

Reserved room 2 weeks out and when we went to check in the room was dirty and was not clean. The host went and cleaned the room, it took over an hour. They would not comp the room or even give us a discount even knowing we waited in the waiting room for over an hour, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pool and hot tub were closed without a heads up. Part of the reason I booked this location. Breakfast at LaQuinta is now continental however pictures of waffles are still on the website. They don't sell Coca-Cola because their GM doesn't care for it. Could have been much better.

One reason that I will not stay at this hotel is the rudeness of the front desk girl. She was so brazen as to answer back after I had asked a question.the "business center" that they advertise is a joke.

The room was dirty starting off. We booked 2 suites for 2 nights prior to our stay. Halfway through our stay they put out my family for “declined card” when the room was paid before we arrived. The staff watched us go get food at a decent hour but waited until midnight when we walked in with my daughter asleep to tell us we need to leave and there is no manager to speak to. They refused to give my money back on a service I DID NOT receive. Vic Patel is a horrible manager. I tried to call for days no answer on my refund. I’ve called corporate and I’m filing a small claims suit. Do not stay here if you’re black! I have video of the front desk woman yelling and cursing at my family. Corporate also got that video.
