Day 1- given a room with a tub and not one with the stand up shower. Housekeeping does not knock they just barge into the room before 9: 30AM. Cold coffee & breakfast.
Day 2- had to switch rooms due to fire ants in one of the beds.
Hair in breakfast sausage and it was not even warm. When I told the man behind front desk he didn't do anything about it.

Wow! More than I expected! This location has a very pretty interior with updated rooms. Staff were informed and helpful. Breakfast was good and items were replenished in a timely manner despite a busy morning.

Never arrived. Canceled 5 minutes after booking. Front desk clerks are rude and very unprofessional. Hung up in my face multiple times. Transferred me to multiple customers service numbers. No one answered and eventually the line just hung up. Over and over. Their quick to answer for a reservation but everyone busy when u calling to cancel a reservation. They gives multiple excuses before not answering your calls after they know the number your calling from. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t refer no one to this unprofessional rude hotel staff and manager.

We stayed in October and loved the pet friendly room they offered. The room had direct access to the back patio of the hotel, making potty breaks really convenient.
I’m not giving them 5 stars because walls were very thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from next door rooms.

Definitely do NOT recommend. We booked through a third party app and while the outside appears nice, the inside leaves a LOT to be desired. It is dirty, dingy and rundown. The room we were given looked like the beds had already been slept in and was just overall dirty. A big roach crawled up the wall which we killed and then began noticing small roaches everywhere. At one time we counted 7 we could see. We took our concerns to the front desk and she was very understanding and accommodating. The lady that was working is about the only positive in this whole experience. We were given a different room and this go round we didn't see any roaches however the room was once again very dirty. Looked like a cup of coffee had been thrown on the wall and never cleaned up. I wiped the counters and doors and door frames and they were filthy. See pics of what the towels looked like after two minutes of wiping. Beyond gross! The breakfast left a lot to be desired as did the morning staff. They were breaking down the breakfast at about 905 and I asked her if I could please make just one waffle for my daughter and she very loudly said, "No. ITS CLOSED! WE CLOSE AT 9. " Just rude. I understand it was past 9 but I can't see that it was really hurting anyone to make one waffle however even if the answer was no, I would think someone in a customer service position could communicate this pleasantly. Needless to say, we will not be back. Don't waste your money!

Checked in, got charged for my service dog. Reached out to manager since I was getting nowhere with the punk at the front desk. She assured me she would reverse the charge. It's still on my credit card. Spilled some water on the floor when we arrived, wiped it with a towel and the white towel came off the floor black with dirt. I wouldn't recommend a they are definitely not ada compliant and I feel like maybe I should reach out to the attorney General since my refund hasn't happened.

The front desk lady was incredibly rude the evening I checked in. Out smoking while I stood there at the desk. Then when she walked in I asked her to confirm the booking rate and she sarcastically laughed in my face, as if to say, “why would I bother? ” It was astounding
Not enough towels in the room for more than one day; no extra blankets in the room.
Call down to ask for some toothpaste the next morning and the guy literally said, “you can come down here and get it”. So it wasn’t just that one woman.

Basically, they will treat you poorly and you’ll overpay- I’ve been treated better at Motel 6. Don’t stay here, pick something else.

Place not very clean. Room had ants and bed bugs. Advised front desk, but all they said was "I'm sorry". You want repeat customers they need to compensate them somehow. Either by a small discount or free night stay. I'll never stay at this place again.

They were supposed to provide shuttle service but I called more than 20 times for more than 1 hour and no reply. I called the customer service of La Quinta chain of hotels and they tried to Contact the facility or a manager from the facility but no reply either. Then, the guy from customer service told me to take an Uber and that I would be reimbursed when I arrive at the hotel but they were rude and they didnt. The manager kept saying they wouldn't do that without even standing up or at least look at me. He just said that out loud to the front desk lady. I lost more than 30$ and they didnt even care. Adding the 30$ to the room price, I could have rented a much better hotel with better service and proper shuttle service.

The hotel was filthy, disgusting, bedsheets was so dirty even had a hair all over.
The girl at the front desk was rude abs talking over the headphone. I would never ever recommended this filthy place.

Booked a King Bed room two weeks in advance at $216.12 with taxes for Saturday & Sunday with check out on Monday. I arrived to be told that I needed to pay $330.89. After I showed my confirmation email it went down to $298.87. They were not able to explain the additional charge and told me that reservations changed the rate after I booked the room. I am a Diamond member with Wyndham so I immediately called them. I was transferred four times and hung up on once. The call took 2 hours, I sat in the lobby for two hours without assistance from the GM who could have manually adjusted the rate upon my check in. The front desk clerk - Liz was quick to understand the error and discuss it with the GM & Customer Care and Reservations. This location charged my card $150.00 at 2 pm and check in is not available until 3 pm. Then I was told they have a deposit on top of the taxes. They ended up canceling my reservation and creating a new reservation for one night and asked me to extend my stay for the next day. I made it into a room three hours after I arrived at the hotel. The room had hair in the bed, a dirty shower and the bathroom had water damage to the sheet rock as well as damage to the bottom of the bathroom doors. I attached pictures as proof. I will no longer go to any Wyndham properties after this experience, they lost a Diamond customer.

Checked in, got in room smelled awful. Called front desk to request to be moved. Got moved to a new room, got in new room and floor was soaked. Called front desk, I guess my word alone wasent enough they sent someone up to literally feel the floors then handed us a key and moved our rooms again. Got to 3rd room, everything seemed okay, until the next morning when me and kids woke up with bites all over our arms and face. Went to front desk, they told me they would have someone come and clean room. Well no one ever came, i went to front desk again, there solution was to change our rooms again. Get to the 4th room it was even worse. Needless to say if you are looking for a hotel for your stay, STAY AWAY!

Denotto (the front desk worker at) was such an amazing worker and helped out so much and when I didn’t have enough to pay for food in the lobby he helped cover it. Supper respectful and an all out nice guy!

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest.the toilets didn’t properly flush.our bathroom doors were broke so they didn’t close all the way.our room especially, but the whole hotel was so hot & it honestly felt cooler outside than it did inside.when it was brought up to the front desk employee, she stated the reason was b/c ‘its summer’, which is not a valid point?

I can’t say anything good because one of the staffs tried to get in my room without asking this morning. Me and my boyfriend were still sleeping and the door was even opened, which made me feel very unsafe

Check in room was super nice. Come here to rest as my bf has to drive all day today. Felt asleep around 11pm. 3h18am hotel call my phone that was on silent. Then a knock on the door that we ignored to a call directly to the room to get falsely accused of having multiple ppl coming in & out of our room? !? At check out i want to know who came in my room as we are sound asleep. Could not get an answer and it was the manager on top of it? Unreal! We are furious of this, being woken up & accused of something absurd? Get ur camera in check i will never go there again

I have stayed here before the first time I had no complaints. On my second stay the beds were really hard, the microwave had no plate and the AC units filter had not been cleaned. The room was really hot and made an unpleasant stay.
