The room hadn’t been cleaned. Mostly not in a while. Someone had lunch in the room I guess because their was empty fruit container on the trash can. The bathroom had hair in the bath tub and on the shower wall. Razor on the soap dish on shower wall. Hair in the toilet, look like that hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on the hand towels. The hair dryer had plenty of dust on it. Good thing I pack my own linens. It looked like the sheets are dirty too. Brown spots and hair in the sheets. It would be nice if they would leave the little refrigerator on so it’s hot. No more waffles? We have used this hotel for over 10 years. When we go to San Antonio. I think I’ll will look else where for our next trip to San Antonio. I’m very disappointed in this hotel!

Hotel was a decent value. Close to the Riverwalk, Alamodome and mall. We were here for a sporting event at the Alamodome. I would not advise taking an Uber from this hotel. I'd rather walk if the weather was better.
Uber drop off is about 2 1/2 blocks on the opposite side of the freeway from the Alamodome. You'll still need to walk a bit.

The room needed some better cleaning. I washing my face and found a dirty wash cloth. They are short staffed I completely understand that. We stayed on the second floor and it smelled like sewage the first night we arrived. The next morning there was a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway. In the evening it smellee like sewage again. The shower constantly leaked water.

I just arrived for my checkin. I booked via Priceline which did not disclose parking fee's. BEWARE! I was charged $84.45 for three nights. The hotel does not disclose that until they take your credit card for incidentals. I have not been up to the room yet. I hope that it is decent.

The location is in perfect walking distance of the river walk. We chose this hotel because we were attending an event and didn’t want a far walk. The check in was nice and smooth, they had 4 employees checking everyone in. The room was small but that was okay cause it was only for one night. Everything was clean but our main complaint were the beds. They were so hard! It was almost like sleeping on the floor. At 3am I was ready to just drive home so I could enjoy my own bed. No one in our party slept good at all on the beds there.

Made a reservation through booking.com for three nights, and despite 17 phone calls, and numerous email to the Front and Desk and General Manager, NO ONE returned calls or emails to provide a reason why they couldn't find my reservation. I was then transferred to Customer Care. Now this is the department where dreams and hope go to die. Because Milagras/Customer-don't-care couldn't find my reservation as well, nor was she able to provide a remedy.

Allegedly, I'm a valued Wyndham rewards member. I. Can't. Tell.

Extremely clean and nice. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Within walking distance of the famous river walk with the selena bridge.

I was a little disappointed with our stay here. We were traveling to the State Marching Competition and chose this location because we have always preferred La Quintas and it was close to the Alamodome.
First off, at check in, the staff informs us there is a onsite parking fee. $25 plus tax per night for self parking and obviously more for valet parking. No where on their website when booking did it mention a parking fee. I thought this was a tad ridiculous, especially for self parking. At first glance, the room looks clean but upon inspection, there is still hair in the bathroom. Hair on the toilet seat, on the bathroom door and the floor. We also found hair in the beds. And also what looked like dead skin.
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but bummed they didn't have pancakes or waffles.

Visited from Houston and after reading some reviews I was hesitant about our upcoming stay but we had no problems with our room. The room was clean, and pretty big. The location is perfect walking distance to pretty much everything. Parking was $25. I would stay here again when I'm in town.

Room was filthy! Sheets had old food in the bed as well as hair! Restroom had opened soap containers left from the previous customers. There was food and dirty silverware on the floor as well.
Everything was disgusting! I would never stay here again by far the worst experience I have ever had. I did speak to a manager who upgraded my room immediately and apologized explaining staff was short. Definitely would not recommend!

Everything was great, except the cushions and pillows! Lobby is great, and breakfast is plentiful. The beds are the main reason for a hotel. If that’s fixed, it’d be perfect

They do not clean the room daily, also they charge to park, found out at checking in surprise!

Great location, good breakfast options. Our bathtub backed up with water a bit, but room was fine otherwise.

They steal here. It's unfortunate but true. Also my room that was "cleaned " for me, yet still had food in the fridge that smelled and a used bar of soap in the shower.there was actually a hair on it. Just gross.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for our 2nd anniversary. Our room was clean and more spacious than we thought it would be. It was downtown and literally in walking distance to the Alamo and downtown. Good price but you do have to pay $26 plus tax for parking every day on top of your room which is why a star was knocked off.

When I first entered the room it had a horrible horrible smell. I'm not sure if it was the septic from the bathroom. The bed was wonderful, very spacious and clean room. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The decor was pleasant and mild, nothing to fancy, but not too plain. It was located very close to the riverwalk.very nice. I had a great time.

Somewhat disappointed with the overall stay; several features of the room and hotel weren't working.

Clean, big, nice facilities and great big breakfast. Fast crew setting up all breakfast despite being so busy. I took off a star because the parking is extra $25 +tax. They should be added to the reservation system to avoid negative surprises.
