Nice, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly, engaging, courteous staff that went out of the way to help. Management, however, leaves some things in disrepair. Some stains and holes in the ceiling, bathroom door that's hard to close, broken ice machine, broken gym equipment, old magnetic key cards that constantly lose their programming. Nice facility, great staff; ownership needs to step up and take better care of a great facility.

This hotel is the worst I have ever been to. We walked in our room and there was a roach on my pillow and three more at the door. They changed our rooms for the night. We called Priceline and wanted to change hotels. If the manager would release us we could change hotels. The manager would not release us so we have to stay there. We heard from another guy at breakfast that a couple had just left mad because of bugs in their room. I would never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was horrible. The bread was hard as a rock. I told the manager I was going to give them a poor rating and they seem to not care.

We were making the drive from TX to CO. Decided to stop the drive for the night at 1 a.m. And we're greeted by Crystal. Friendly, helpful and extremely personable. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable and the price was right. Friendly staff in the morning as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Paid but didn't stay. In the time I put my bags down and took shoes off I seen more then 3 roaches. Felt so nasty

I do not recommend this hotel. AC leaked so carpet was wet. We woke up with bug bites on our legs and ankles.ice machine area had a big hole with cockroach traps around it.breakfast is lacking. We arrived late at night so were too tired to switch rooms. Staff was nice and friendly.

I would give this place No Stars if I could. Bugs in the bathroom, light was out in the bathroom took them 2 days to install 2 bulbs. Carpet was wet under the A/C, in room coffee maker but they Never brought new cups or coffee packs. I had to go to front desk to get towels and coffee packs and cups. They didn't clean our room untill the 5th day. This place SUCKS! I have never stayed in a hotel that was so bad, service was terrible, no body seemed to care about my concerns. The Only person that seemed to do their job was the woman that did the breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE, WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

This was the worst hotel. Roaches in the bathroom. Light in bathroom didn't work, took 3 days to get it replaced. Under the AC, the carpet was all wet, I'm sure moldy. We had to get fresh towels, coffee for the room. People at the front desk are a joke. DO NOT stay in this filthy hotel

I wouldn’t even give one star! Was playing hopscotch in the bathroom trying to get away from roaches. Front did nothing! Would never stay here again. Definitely calling the health department!

Lobby smelled like dirty body odor. Halls smelled like mechanic grease. Elevator floor needs repair and liter was still there when we left. The bed was fine but bathroom lighting was poor. The 2 employees I encountered were like robots. No friendlyness here.

Rude, not clean, no phone service/internet. Would not recommend that anyone stay here! The manager on down to the employee that checked us in had HORRIBLE customer service. I was booked for a Deluxe King which entailed that I would have a "sofa bed" along with the King bed in the room. The manager Karina stated that I had two options, to stay or to leave. Later on I learned after placing my complaint that KARINA lied and stated that she offered me a roll away bed, Which never happened! Her role as a manager is a joke which explains why the employee that was working the night shift was just as BAD! The phones did not work, the employee had to call her manager from her personal cell phone, the shower curtains were disgusting, there was hair on the pillows, the closet door was broken and wouldn't close, the siding to the walls was coming detached! I would not refer anyone to this hotel ever! This was by far my worst experience when staying at a hotel. I wasn't able to go anywhere else, it was at night and I had my two children with me. The level of service was degrading!

Room was clean and staff friendly. There wasn't any fighting or people talking loud. Nice pool

Rooms need maintenance bar loose in the bathroom, sink doesn'tdrain well, etc. Hot tub doesn't work. Pool needs cleaned so it can be used plus the water was freezing cold. Only one ice machine for three floors. Nice and helpful staff, although there is no daily housekeeping (why). Had to take out our own trash and get towels for showers. Rooms are comfortable. It's close to our venue. Seems with all the NHRA stuff they would be better maintained.

It was very peaceful being there and the hosts were very nice and understanding able i enjoyed being there

Awesome customer service. Ac wasn't working in room. Put us up in a different room right away. NICE WORK STAFF!

Hotel staff is a joke. One woman that was not in uniform took three smoke breaks while I waited in line to check in. There’s a young teenager that works there that tried to come my room, to clean I assume, despite a “do not disturb” sign on the door. There was a five foot wet spot in front of the air conditioner because it was draining into the room. Everything smelled moldy and musty. The room was so humid that the sheets felt a little wet. Couldn’t switch rooms because the hotel was completely booked. A lot of things around the hotel need to be repaired, giving it a run down feeling which includes the elevator because the flooring is filthy and falling apart.

Great place to stay and the swimming pool was excellent. That was before some guys had a party and broke their bottles around the pool. Chairs and bottle tops in pool. Yes I turned them in. They left in a hurry, leaving a back pack, cooler, cowboy boots. Yes the police was called. No one could use the pool after that. Sad that people like that ruining it for others.

I've stayed here on 2 different occasions. The 1st 11/2021 was great, the 2nd 8/2022 was ok. They were understocked & understaffed. The breakfast was the same for 2 mornings & not much. Food was great November 2021, but not this time. The room wasn't stocked & hasn't been dusted or deep cleaned in ages. Beds are always comfortable, but ask for extra pillows, because some become flat as if you don't have a pillow. If you wash clothes get change ahead of time, you'll need $2.00 in quarters for washing a load & drying. Don't use standing washer, use only front open washer. Staff have always been very nice & very helpful. This hotel needs a good deep clean, small restorations through out & plan their stocking better. Plus something is always out of order, like this time it was the ice machine & almost always the waffle maker.
For the purpose I needed a hotel for a few nights it is actually a nice hotel. I love that it has a good size fridge & also a microwave. I don't like the coffee maker, because you can't use your own coffee. Air conditioning is awesome, TV is great, but bathrooms need major revamp. I would still stay here again, just hope they are stocked better next time & give the rooms a good cleaning.
