No hot breakfast due to covid. What bs. I traveled to the east coast a couple of weeks ago. Every hotel/motel had hot breakfasts. Other than that, an above average mitel.

Pillow cases shink, couldn't sleep good, They smell like 'When' you wash them and they sat in washer for days.
Other then that it was ok.

We stay in LaQuinta hotels all the time, and I must say this one takes the prize for the worst example of the LaQuinta franchise. We have a higher level membership because we do stay in these hotels a lot. When we arrive, there is no offering of bottled water and snack as usual. We also requested a late check out, since we’re getting in late, so we can relax but that is not a possibility and not because they are booked up but because they have to turn over 28 rooms? When we get into our room, there’s a big fat roach waiting for us in the bathroom. At that point, I would have left the hotel all together, but it was late and we were tired. So, we request to be moved. Both rooms were musty smelling when we entered. The towels in the room we did stay in needed to be retired as they were very dingy and the bathroom sink leaked all over the counter when running the water and got my toiletries wet. So, I spent a while drying everything off in order to be able to put everything back into my suitcase and not get everything else wet. To top it all off there was no breakfast. There just was an offering of Famous Amos cookies. We’ve stayed in several LaQuintas in recent past and they all were all back to providing breakfast. So, seems like this owner is taking advantage of the COVID thing across the board. Save yourself the stress and money and move on to the next hotel down the road.

Not good. Hallways and rooms smell of dog urine. The rooms were musty and damp. All amenities still closed because of Covid which makes no sense because we stayed at a LaQuinta in Texas last night that had a full free breakfast and all amenities were available. The door from our room to the hallway was all scratched from dogs it was ridiculous. My daughter's room had no alarm clock or phone. In our room the plugs on the lamps didn't work. I could go on and on but you get the idea don't waste your money here. If I could give this LaQuinta location zero stars I would.

The first guest room we stayed in was infested with fleas. The clerk at the front desk was accommodating and we were able to stay in a different room. However, the second guest room had a strong fragrance smell, which gave me the inclination that there was something they were covering up with perfume.

Horrible the elevator didn't work and I have a bad knee and was on the second floor. It was hot in the room and very noisy on the floor we was in. Won't be staying at this location ever again.

Wasn't told about not having hot water till after check-in, staff was courteous, blame covid for not having food or drink at breakfast. Hallways smelled, lacks quality housekeeping. Not what I'd expect from a Wyndham chain.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and work with me to get me out of the cold weather while the power was out. Thank you!

Nothing above and beyond. I guess it was a decent bang for the buck. Since they can't offer breakfast amenities in the morning, due to covid, they should adapt those resources to something covid-safe that offers a nice morning service. Maybe some individually wrapped breakfast bars and a temporary barista? Oh well.

The old fat lady that worked the night shift was rude and was super slow in checking me into my room. She refused to give me clean towels and said that wasn't her job
