La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth - Lake Worth

It is with frustration that I write this review as I love La Quinta Inns! They are my go to Hotel. Yet, my experience this last trip, was an "absolute excercise in frustration! " I traveled there with my sister.we were participating in a dog show. When we arrived at the Hotel we were informed the elevator was not working. It took 5 trips each to get our luggage, dogs and crates up to our room. We are both 70 years old, this was unnacepatable! The person on duty did not offer one bit of concern or assistance. He actually stood outside and smoked a ciggarrette while watching us.

Because of these trips, carrying large heavy items up 3 flights of stairs, I pulled a muscle in my leg and have had the additional expence to correct the damage. My sister has a bad knee and she is still recouping from pain having to go up these stairs for a good portion of our stay.
The lack of concern & assistance from office staff was abhorrant. Every other part of our stay was as great as past La Quinta Inn stays have always been.

Just received an email from Wyndahm & La Quinta. I guess this was all my fault since after traveling for 2 days, and being informed of elevator at check-in early evening, I wasn't willing to search around for another hotel. Did'nt do this because an associate did, and after an hour of searching and calling were only able to find a vacancy 45 minutes away. So yea, my fault, way to go Wyndham you rock!

This is a very nice hotel, very convenient location to all you're eating places the nice ones you know. Right there on the freeway easy on and off price tag is the same as everybody else you looking between 60 to 75 bucks a night. But for me I was just damn tired and I needed the place to sleep so I didn't utilize all their conveniences but check it out it's nice. Convenient for Texas motor speedway too by the way.

We stayed 2 nights. Pets are allowed and some people had dogs that barked periodically most of night. We had the closest room to the elevator and had many people making noises in the hallway. The hotel did not control the parking under the covered entrance way and there were ample parking places available. Saturday morning a smart car could not have pulled up anywhere near the entrance much less an ambulance, fire truck or a regular sized vehicle or truck. Saturday night wasn't much better. Also, I ask about a military discount and was told it only applied to active duty personnel and not retired military personnel. Next visit will not be there again.

I've stayed here quite a few times, and will continue to stay here. The place is honestly the best. The staff are super friendly. The cleaning is great. The food is delicious. The pool area is fun and relaxing. My stay is always super easy and I never have any bad experiences. They always make sure I have everything that I need. The pricing is also very great. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through.

My worst stay! They were doing construction to outside of building so working graveyard shift and coming in in the morning made it hard to sleep during the day. They're elevator was out and they had no rooms available downstairs was told upon check-in that the elevator had just gone down the day before only to find out from other guests that it had been down for over a week

This is my friends and family favorite place to stay. It's super affordable and we sleep good here. Cleanliness is top notch

I wanted to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed with this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I usually need a good place to sleep due to my work, and this hotel is a great spot. I arrived tired, and they respectfully and quickly got me to my room, I ate some yummy food and used the shower, which was clean and smelled nice. I layed down in the bed and the blankets smelled really nice. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby.

I've gotten a room here before and when I tried to get a room I was informed that im too young even though I got the same room I got last time i reserved at a younger age. The front desk clerk see.ed bored by me and insulted the fact that I also work at a different hotel. At least the staff at my hotel are wearing their mask properly and sem like they actually want to help guests not shoo them off after canceling my reservation because I wasnt 21. Your clerk was very quick to shoo me off rather than keep my business. Obviously I wont be returning it and will stop recommending any hotels from this franchise.
