La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lewisville

Sam at the Bar was Amazing! Not only was she a greatest bartender but she was so friendly and fun! I highly recommend visiting when she is working!

My room had an unpleasant, sickening smell & it was NOT clean! The walls & floors are paper thin. I could hear everything going on in the hallway, upstairs, & next door… even with the tv on. The worst part of it all was the shower! The water took forever to get hot, & when it finally got hot, it turned right back cold in MAYBE 2 minutes. I was forced to take cold showers. NEVER AGAIN! Please spend your money somewhere else. This Laquinta was the worst I’ve experienced thus far.

The rooms were nice & clean. The problem is the noise. We were exhausted having dealt with someone in the hospital & requested a quiet location. We were in room 101. There's an exit door by our room. Until late into night, people came & went & talked outside in hallway. Dogs barked in hallway. There is no sound proofing. You can see gaps around door. The young lady who serves breakfast is very sweet. Food ok. Atleast many options to choose. We were considering staying another night but are opting for a different hotel for some quiet.

Breakfast was great. I am so grateful for non-beef/pork options. The gal working the breakfast bar was fun and incredibly sweet.
Both gals at check-in and the bar were very hospitable.
The only thing that made me lower the stars was the shifty floor in the shower tub. But other than that, the rooms were very clean and comfortable; parking was easy - we drove a giant U-Haul + trailer.

I hate having to give such a mixed feeling review about this place but it just wasn't all they described it to be. The rooms were clean and were nice compared to other hotels I've stayed in and the staff was really nice however I do have some complaints cuz my itinerary was misleading as to what we were getting. We were suppose to have a double room with 2 queen beds and if they consider the room we got a double it is misleading to say the least. Also my itinerary said I would have a sound proof room and there was nothing sound proof about it. We could clearly here the people in the room next to us and the kids above us stomped on the floors all day and parts of the night. Sounded like a stampede was running all over our ceiling. The seating area that supposedly made our room considered a double consisted of one chair in an area about 3ft wide. We planned on our kids doing Christmas at our room and there just wasn't room as I thought there would be. We made it work but it shouldn't have been listed as a double room with seating area. I have also never been in an indoor pool at a hotel that wasn't heated and there was absolutely no heat in theirs. It's was ice cold to the point it turned my legs purple after only a few min. I was glad I didn't just jump in like I normally would have cuz I would have had a heart attack. Oh and when I took a shower the water temp would not regulate. It took 10 min of running it for hot to even come out of the faucet and when I got it it went cold after 2 min then back to hot that almost burned me back to cold and back to hot then cold again. Needless to say my relaxing hot shower did not relax me and was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I thought maybe it was just my shower on the frits but my step daughter was a few rooms down and said hers was the same way. Being a hotel u would think the hot water would have been more than plenty to go around but I guess not. This was not the review I was hoping to leave cuz I'm an open minded person and don't nit pick everything apart like some people do but just as u want honest reviews we want honest descriptions where we r looking to stay. I only have one other complaint and know that it's a personal complaint but I feel it should be taken into consideration for future guests that also come across the issue.not everyone can use dove products, for instance, me, I am extremely allergic to any dove products on the market. It would have been nice if an alternative option could have been given since I was unable to use any of the complimentary products instead of having to go out and purchase other accommodations. Surely someone could order and keep a box of alternatives just for these circumstances. I can't be the only one who has asked for them. Just something to consider is all. The staff was exceptionally friendly especially the assistant manager on duty. She was great. All of the house keepers were very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. A few description changes and a couple of other fixes and I would have given them 5 stars.

I was with my wife and daughter. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The associates were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good they had a great variety to choose from. The gym was great too. I recommend it.

The location was perfect for me as I travel for work and was on the road for 6 hours. But when I went in my room and settled in I could hear the people next door laughing and talking and baby crying. I made the front desk clerk aware and she made no attempts to comp the situation. I booked for sleep so I had to search for ear plugs in my car to block the noise out. Once I did that, mind you in tired and just wanted to take a bath and go to sleep; I cut the AC on and it smelled of urine. I mean it was foul. I'm not sure if it was old equipment or meldew but it was very unsettling. So now I am out looking for pepto for my stomach due to the smell. And something to help me sleep. Because with all of the barriers that I've witnessed within 2 hours of my stay I'm going to struggle to get sleep. And I have to get right back on the road tomorrow. This is very disappointing and feels like a huge waste of money. I pay adequate money to be able to at least sleep peacefully in a quiet and sanitary and sanitary smelling room! Goodness I'm nauseous. And too tired to ask for a room change at this point because I already know they are not going to offer help to move my things, when I asked for a possible room change earlier there was no mention of an apology or assist to another room. Very disappointed.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Lewisville Texas is a very nice place and has a wonderful breakfast. The only problem we had was the entrance door and the bathroom door have a 1/2 inch threshold that makes it hard for a wheelchair to get over. My wife is disabled and has a hard time getting around alone the door thresholds being that way made our stay difficult. Other than that I was very satisfied with everything about the stay and would stay again.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, affordable, and the front desk staff (Courtney), are very courteous and helpful! Will stay here again - nicest La Quinta I have stayed in, in over 35 yrs.

I want to just say how great and professional the manager Jessica is. I literally have traveled the US over several times and in the 39 years I have come across very poor managers and very good managers. Jessica has done the absolute best by my wife and I. I just want to say thank you again and I hope LaQuinta knows how valued Jessica is by customers. It is not an easy job any customer service job is Not Easy. The reflection is a credit to Jessica and her talents but also the LaQuinta in Lewisville, TX. Courtney is awesome. Always a smile and a joke to brighten the day. I'm sure there are others that are great but I really only see these two great ladies. Give Jessica and Courtney a raise, the both deserve that.

Best hotel I stayed in in 10 years and I've traveled a lot I've been to every state traveling on business staying in a lot of hotels this is by far the very best if you're coming through Louisville please stay here the staff is awesome friendly everything about this place is spot-on

Normal hotel with pool. The pool is so large that you can swim just a few laps, but it is located indoors. The rooms are spacious and clean. There were two double beds in our room.

Very pleasant, totally loved, was my wedding, and I rented for my uncles. It's totally recommended that breakfast was included and was great.

Only stayed 1 night here, but they left me with a great impression. Jessica at the front desk could not have been more kind. We got in late, and she scrounged us up some utensils and salt and pepper to eat our overpriced, frozen meals (not her fault) from their limited "store". Breakfast was a full-on feast, unlike other hotels, with a very nice young lady serving. The rooms were nice. All-in-all, it was a very nice stay. Thanks, Jessica!

Mr Phillip at the desk keeps the coffee flowing and watches the lobby throughout the night. Briana fills your belly In The AM. She is very patient always moving helping somebody. The Maintenance is off the hook everybody here is friendly and gave us an enjoyable stay. We shall choose this one from now on. Thank you guys.

I had a great stay. My flight got canceled due to the weather, so obviously, I was tired and disappointed. Miss Courtney greeted me at the front desk with a great attitude. She made the check-in process a breeze and was very friendly and professional. My room was spotless and comfortable. I will definitely recommend La Quinta Inn Lewisville.

I stay here quite frequently as I come in and out of Dallas area for work and twice now the front desk attendant, Chris, is the rudest person I've ever had to do business with. He makes me want to pick a different hotel all together. I can't stand the way he talks down to me. I chalked it up to him having a bad day or something the last time I was here but this time he remembered me and I swear he is being even ruder. Someone honestly needs to do something about him. He's ruining the whole experience.

The customer service is beyond excellent. The room is grand and I love my stay here. High quality place that is affordable is hard to find. I am blessed that I got the privilege to stay here.

Nice and cozy, it is very basic but pleasant, the bed where I was very comfortable.recommended!
