La Tonya Jackson In The Hair Palace, Austin TX

Had a 1pm appointment, made it a week prior. Showed up at 12: 45pm and she was barely braiding someone’s hair, she said she was behind, I said how long, it was hours. I just drove 45 minutes, on my only day off, wasted gas, I had to leave because I get up at 3: 30am for work. I texted her and told her she could’ve texted or called me to say she was that behind. I told her I had an event Saturday, my first appointment was Wednesday. She said she would make it up to me the following day, after I get off of work, I can be there at 5pm, she said she’ll stay late and keep my slot clear. I get there the next day at 4: 45pm, and she’s doing someone else’s hair, not what she promised me. We said hi, I sat down. I waited, she said nothing to me, at 5: 20 I asked how long, she said 30 more minutes, I left. So…she knew I had an event in 3 days, and didn’t care! LaTonya has been doing my hair, and I don’t understand how you can run a business and not care and be so inconsiderate, really hurtful. Unprofessional. I got burned two days in a row, wasted my precious time and gas, and not even an apology
