La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries reviews
10 We walked in the Bay Area location for the first time a few days ago. Sal greeted us then proceeded to ask about what we’re looking for and provide us information about the company. I loved the way he took the time to explain how the whole process goes - from the moment the order is placed to the way they deliver. The way he provided information didn’t make me feel like I was being pressured or pushed to buy from them right then and there but we did because we knew we’d be getting quality material.
We were able to sit, slouch, and lay on the display furniture they had-that helped majorly narrow down our choices!
*Rating is based on experience we received. I will update later on once we receive our furniture.
They have yet to call me back. Plus you can't imagine how much of Lazyboy's merchandise we have bought
I received a recliner 2 weeks ago and already the cushions are getting soft. I called customer service and they said because I didn't order extra padding (which the salesmen didn't mention) it was not covered under warranty. The chair I got was not on sale and cost over $1300.00. I got a new one because of back problems. This is not acceptable.
Melody was an awesome, no pressure, sales person. The micro fiber furniture was nice but I went with the leather. Pricey but Lazy Boy is the best. Learned a few cost savings tricks from Melody. My new set arrived tomorrow!
Had a great visit with store manager, Clark. Super impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent with me to have the recliner of my dreams. Gallery Furniture sold me a recliner that have had people out to repair it over 10 times in two years. My recliner with Lazy Boy is being made, but happy to wait for Exactly what I want. Thank you Clark!
Horrible warranty, cushion collapsed, they want us to bring our c ouch to manufacturing. Robin in Dallas is worthless. No help from store. Been 3 weeks no response
We bought a couch from this place and once they had our money up front the experience became an absolutely miserable nightmare. They delayed delayed delayed the couch for over half a year. The original salesman lied about the delivery time and when we talked to the manager he said the last manager was fired - I guess for lying to people on purpose. When they finally delivered it they scratched the hell out of our floors. The couch doesn’t even feel the same as the model we bought. Worst big purchase I’ve ever made. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. The customer service sucked throughout the process too. There’s a lot of other furniture options around, try another place.
Still no response from Webster store or from Dallas to repair our recliner. Warranty horrible. Still waiting on Robin to call for repairs.
Go see Sheila! She knows her product, knows how to ask questions and can quickly assess her customer’s needs and wants. Exceptional customer service as well and an exceptional product line.
Worst customer service experience ever. Whatever you do, don't purchase their Warranty's that they sell. They will tell you how great they are but they are impossible to deal with and work through. The manager of the store even tried to tell us we were required to purchase a new warranty on a piece of furniture they were going to replace. The warranty company said that was completely false. The warranty company put it in writing. 6 months later while waiting for our replacement piece, we find out the manager closed out the claim marking the furniture "repaired. " Dirty, dishonest company that only cares about sales.
