LabCorp, Sunnyvale TX

I had such a great experience here! I have had the worst luck with other locations (and absolutely hate) getting my blood drawn. I searched and read reviews on all the Labcorps in Dallas and was willing to drive honestly anywhere in the DFW metroplex to avoid an awful experience. I was beyond happy and relieved to read all the raving reviews this location has and made an appointment online for the next day. I got mine done today and she lived up to the reviews! I literally didn’t even feel the needle or have any pain at all! I am the biggest baby due to bad experiences and horrible bruising in the past and Wendy was so kind hearted and a true skilled professional. I’ll happily drive the distance and come here for all of my bloodwork needs!

I want to thank everyone for the amazing feedback! I work hard to keep my office a positive experience for everyone who comes in and am blessed to have so many wonderful patients to work with.
I apologize to everyone who has had difficulty over the last 6 or so weeks, finding us closing at 12: 30 and not being able to be seen. I am now back to a full day schedule but I now close at 4: 30 instead of 5.

I had an amazing experience at this LabCorp! Wendy was fast, friendly, and very gentle.

I came to this location after having a horrible experience at the Mesquite location where I was poked in a weird spot on my arm and in my hand. I was then told they couldn’t find a vein and I had to come back on another day. I immediately drove to the Sunnyvale location where Wendy instantly found a vein on my opposite arm.

The entire process was extremely comfortable and pleasant! I will be returning to this location for any future lab work.

Don't go here they have you wait a hour before being seen when I checked in at 11: 12am and by 12 still haven't seen me

So professional fast and friendly! I have made this my lab location for sure! The receptionist/ lab person is the best!

The technician at this location is very skilled with great people skills. She shows compassion and genuinely cares about her patients. This location is my preference for all my lab work.

Wendy the phlebotomist there is awesome! I had to go get my 1hr sugar test and my 3 hr sugar test (since I failed my 1hr -_-) I requested an appointment through the online portal and had to wait there for a little while but when I was getting my 3 hr sugar test done I had to be fasting and started to feel sick. I told her I was feeling sick and she warned me that if I threw up she would have to basically void the test and do it all over again. So she told me she would sit me in one of the rooms in the back so I could lay down and see if that would calm my nausea down. She was super caring and super personable. I was afraid I would have to do the test all over again but she actually cares about people. Then I had left my mk wallet there on accident and got home and told my bf to go get it for me since I was feeling super tired. He went to go pick it up for me, however she had never seen me with him so he told me she was asking him a ton of questions to see if he really knew me to give him my wallet. Wendy if you ever read this I just want to say thank you! Like seriously you’re a good person and I hope you keep working there for any of my future testing that I may need. You are truly the best!

This location is very nice located at the hospital. The Phlebotomist is exceptional and very personable and I have total confidence in her abilities.

Wendy is great! She is so good that you almost don't feel the needle. I have actually had some others leave bruises as they searched for a vein. As long as I can get to Sunnyvale, TX I won't be going to any other location.

The woman at front desk was very kind. Took no time at all. Highly recommended especially since most of the Labcorps in the McKinney Texas area aren’t the highest reviewed.

I went to get a screening for my job here and I must say I was impressed it was one worker she didn’t get overwhelmed by the people steady coming in but was kind, patient and sweet and to be doing all that alone she deserves more then 5 stars but 10 keep up the good work best lab I’ve been to in a while.

I can't even begin to tell you how rude this lady was. I walked in with my 4 kids and I'm 35 weeks pregnant. She was rude right from the get go. Yelling at my kids. Especially my autistic child who I was trying to grab. I wasn't standing there doing nothing.
Once I went back, I told my 9 and 7 year old to sit in the chair and don't get up. They were being really good by the way. She then feels the to repeat what I just said to my kids but raised her voice.
My 2 year old autistic son has been fully potty trained for a year. He never wets himself. He had water in the car and was wet from his pants. She assumed he peed and started raising her voice again.
Finally I got fed up and said I'll just take my business elsewhere. I started to get up while she was trying to draw blood. I was so angry. My kids were not acting horrible. My baby was a little fussy but he is only 10 months and it had been a long day.
I will never go back to this location. This lady was so rude and very inconsiderate.

My visit was very pleasant from the time I walked in. Service was quick. Ms. Wendy was very polite/professional.

Not a a place I would go on a regular basis. I am going to save the rest of what needs to be said for the CEO of LabCorp

I had to get some lab work done and searched and searched for labs in my area, but all of them had really really bad reviews. I drove 40 mins out of my way to come here and I gotta say, it was well worth it! There is only one attendant here but I was in and out within minutes. Extremely friendly and professional service!

They are just chatting about personal things while there’s 8 people waiting for them to start helping. No one is in the front. And all u hear is laughter coming from the back. Really pissed me off. There over there joking around instead of doing there god damn jobs.

Very warm and friendly staff. Made me feel safe and and hassle free. Thanks for the fast and efficient service.
