Labcorp, Pearland TX

After reading the reviews I was a little worried to visit, but this location was close to my house. To me the process was easy. I stayed in my car to check in, and they sent me a text when it was my turn. I walked inside and waited maybe 3 minutes and they called me back. The lady that took my blood was very nice and friendly. No issues here.

Im only giving place a 2 not because of the employees attitudes but for the business. When I went to this location one of the employees seemed sick and I ask the woman that was doing my test why the lady was here if she looked half dead. She told me we're short staffed and they won't let here take off for it. This place sucks to its employees.

Don’t trust your LIFE to LABCORP PEARLAND! They messed up on 2 sets of orders for labwork! Initially they reported the same lab results for 2 different doctors and did not do the labs for one of the doctors at all. They were critical. I went back 2 days later to get this error fixed and have labs redrawn for one of the doctors for which they never reported results. Found out they didn’t even draw those labs. They CHANGED the name of the ordering physician on some of the results and reported to a different physician who hadn’t even ordered those labs!

It’s incompetent and dangerous to your life and I still went back to have correct labs drawn from the copy of the lab order I had on my phone. They still have t done them but did change the referring physician name on one of the order results. Just INCOMPETENT.like I said, one of the thyroid results was at a critical alert level. JUST DONT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THIS INCOMPETENT LAB.

I would like to thank Deborah for her awesome customer service and professionalism. I spilled my sample accidentally and she was very gracious in taking care of it. Thank you Deborah for your service and your grace. This location is a great example of service and friendly smiles from the staff. A pleasant surprise these days.

It’s a hit or miss, the short black lady is so rude and has terrible bedside manners, go find another job if you don’t like dealing with people.

The worse labcorp in Houston, will never return. Always late and understaffed. Rude employees and never helpful

I signed up for COVID-19 antibody testing and scheduled an appointment (and confirmed it) at 8633 Broadway # 103, Pearland, TX, 77584 which is the nearest LabCorp to me. I scheduled it today, January 2,2021 at 11: 00 AM because that is the only time I can fit in my schedule. I got to the location at 10: 50 AM. The door was locked. There are several people waiting. I noticed that I can check in through the email confirmation. I checked in and waited until 11: 35 AM for a text message. I did not receive any, and there was no notice that the lab was closed.

Considering the higher tensions and stresses because of this pandemic. It is very unprofessional to waste clients' time. I will take a refund, and I will never recommend LabCorp.

We had an early appointment today on Jan2. The place was locked and not open. The facility is locked as it was supposed to open at 8 AM. Waited till 9: 40 Am. Many people were waiting in parking lot including myself for more than 2 hours hoping some one will open the facility. All people had required appointments starting from 8 AM and had to leave as facility was closed. This is not a good sign and very poorly run facility with no regard to customers time or commitment.go else where.

Very slow service compared to other places I've been including the VA. They sit around and BS too much.

I am really disappointed with this facility. Today (12/28/2020) I was there for a routine lab test. I got there early and the lab was not open yet. It was supposed to open at 8am based on the sign on the door. It turned 8 and nobody opened the door (it was locked with a hanging lock from outside). Then, several other people and I waited there for at least 20 minutes but nobody opened the door. I decided to go somewhere else and left. I don't know for how long other people waited there. They have no respect for their customers.

There are too many other options to settle for the worst. My wife and I made an appointment and showed well in advance of the appointment, and ended up waiting for close to an hour to be seen. The television in the waiting room was so loud we could barely think straight and of course not a single person at the front desk. When we first arrived a women who works there was standing in the doorway shouting peoples names, one of which was walking as fast as he could to the door and just as soon as he got there she let the door slam. He stood at the front desk window for close to 20 minutes and when he finally got the ladies attention she shouted at him that he was going to have to wait. So customer service is non-existent, staff is rude and cold and the facility is dank and musty. All in all I think you would be better off going to some back alley place.

My first and second time at this location I got the same rude, simple, heavy set women, who barely could walk, just waddled and had the nerve to be rude, corporate needs to correct her and retrain her, absolutely will not use this location again!

Every time I takes my mom for blood work the staff are wonderful and patient with my mom so thanks.

I had the pleasure of meeting this young lady Tenessa Taylor, she was very polite and in doing my blood drawn was no problem. Light hands, which I really didn’t feel it. I was pleased with my visit to Labcorp at 8633 Broadway St #103, Pearland, TX 77584. Brittiney did an excellent job at drawing my blood. It's usually very hard for healthcare professionals to find a vein in my arms, but Brittiney got it on the first try. Thanks Brittiney!

Waited 25 minutes no one came to the desk. Staff laughing and talking in the back. Waiting room full with clients. Frustrating

Went to get some blood drawn for a test. It was quick and simple. I only met one person who worked there, the woman who took my blood, and she seemed very nice. More like she should be a nurse in a hospital. My visit on this particular day was good.
