I had great experience with this location. To make appointment was very easy and smooth. Check-in with the QR code is quick. Tony and Miguel are fun but professional.

It was a great experience! I had an appointment at 9: 30, came to the lab at 9: 15, and left at 9: 25. Great service! Thank you!

I came in 10 mintues before closed but they were locked. I said it's not 4: 30 yet. They should post last appointment at 4: 15. I told her it was just a blood draw and I've been fasting. She said you're not supposed to fast that long the golden rule doesn't exist any longer. Have some compassion.

Today is a worst day for me and my one month old daughter. At frist, we came to 12121 Westheimer Rd, where we made appointment a week ago. When we finished check in, the two ladies that wear lab coast told me the they do not drawn the infant blood and give me an address of children hospital at Katy Free Way. When I completed check in at the hospital, the manager told me that Children hospital have not work with labcorp for over six years. We left. I came to an other labcorp location at 8313 Southwest Fewy. The technician over here told me that she was not feel comfortable to drawn the blood. We try one more time to get the blood done and drove to 5420 Dashwood Dr. After check in, I ask the receptionist that do they have any one that can drawn the new born blood? She said that she is just do check in and does not know. A minutes later, a male tech come and bring us to the room to get the samples. He try one on my daughter left wrist but felt, then he try on her right arm for several times before he call his friend for help. They try on the same arm another several times but still not get it.
I am really disappointed the way your systerm work!

I wish I can rate with more stars, service was great. I personally wanted to thank Mr Tony, the person who provided service to me. He was very prompt, professional and very efficient

I came here to do my pre employment drug test. The nurse had attitude & was very rude. After I handed him my urine cup he said it looked weird. He said "it looks like they made it" really? & he also kept giving me attitude about my signature. Honestly if you dont like where u working at quit! I recently lost my father to covid & i dont give ppl attitude. I treat ppl w respect. I did not appreciate how he treated me. His name is Tyrone. Seriously ppl like that makes your company look bad

It’s important to remember that people make up lies when they cannot get their way. It’s disgusting that the world operates like this. I read a review about Labcorp and this location is really great and Tyrone is a great awesome guy and staff as well

Would never come here again if I could help it. No wait time but the guy who did my drug test was unnecessarily rude and had an attitude. Go to Quest or CPL instead.

1. The woman at the front desk has very patiently gone way out of her way for me when I brought in 2 very lengthy lab requests. She went through each item on both requests so that I would not get blood drawn twice for the same thing. She saved me money and acted like it was no bother at all (even though it took a lot of time and detailed attention).
2. Every time I've been here my technician was very professional and highly skilled. And all of them have been friendly and thoughtful.
3. Today it was Tony who drew my blood. I could not even feel a thing when he stuck me! I have been stuck with a needle many times, but never have I not felt it. He is extraordinarily good at what he does.

My experience was quick and easy. I arrived 15 minutes early, signed in on the electronic kiosk in 20 seconds with my driver's license, and was called back before my time slot. I had several vials (5+?) of blood drawn quickly and easily in just a couple of minutes (I hydrated really well for several days, plus I have good veins), and was out by the time my time slot even arrived. There was only one other person in the waiting room with me.

WOW, go somewhere else.anywhere else. The front desk secretary here is so rude, condescending, and lazy. She was rude to everyone in line, and I even had to help a lady use the self check-in machine because she was struggling. The secretary refused to come out and help. She just kept yelling "put your ID in", however, she didnt tell her to turn it upside down. I had to do HER JOB for her. As I was trying to help the struggling lady, the secretary kept trying to ask me questions about my insurance.like I wasnt busy doing her job! After I finally checked in, the secretary then told me "after your insurance the fee is $114". Those were her exact words. I was overwhelmed with helping the lady while the secretary was talking over us, that I just handed my credit card over.

After I walked out I decided to call my insurance. They said I should be 100% covered, and my insurance asked me to go back in and tell them to call my insurance and verify. I went back in and again, the front desk lady was very short with me and said, "Uh, mam' that's just backup in case your insurance doesnt pay". Oh really? How about you tell people that the FIRST time! It's not hard to do a simple job. The people who were actually working, the lab techs, were very kind. However, the front desk woman was so rude I will never go back. I can easily ask to have all my labs sent to Quest. We do have choices. Oh yeah, make sure you go to the labcorp website and review your visit. I see other people had issues, and unless you say something, nothing will be done. She needs retraining, or a job away from humans.

Unhelpful, lazy people who don’t want to look up the costs of tests before your appointment. If you don’t have health insurance, don’t go here! They will scam you with high prices you weren’t prepared to pay because they are too lazy to look up what the prices of the tests that your doctor asked for

This is the worst Labcorp ever! They have a non-working phone number, so you can never call to ask a simple question or schedule an appt- you have to drive up there SMH. Then the staff is unfriendly, not helpful at all, and very short with everyone (like they don't want to be bothered at all). I had to come here twice and I will never use this location again. They need to go back to the drawing board and shut this location down.

I've been coming for at least 5 years. I've had great experiences. I've had great customer service. I've never been negatively stuck for blood draw. Today was especially good, pleasant. Thank you to Ms L. I've had other phlebotomists at this location. I'm sorry I cannot recall his/her names. They have all been pleasant plus front desk lady.

Great experience. In and out in under 30 minutes. The staff was super nice and did a great job! It is very challenging to draw blood from me. I always dread it. They had no issues with it. One attempt is all it took. Fast and easy.

Terrible. Lady stuck me 3 times in the crook of my elbow. (Attendants have always drawn blood from my forearm in the past and I've never been stuck more than once.) Then she wiggled the needle while it was in my arm. Blood spurted when she removed the needle and she didn't know how to tape my arm. It's a week later and I still have a big bruise and my elbow still hurts. Bad attitude as well. I've gone there other times and had a good experience but this was awful.
