I've been here few times and usually have bad to mediocre experience since employees are rude or at best case indifferent. I came here last 3 yrs only because it's close to my home and convenient. Spoke with Pablo and he was a very cool guy, made my visit this time pleasant. Thanks man!

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was very very busy so I wasn't sure how long it would take us to get back. Pablo, our tech, was so so nice and very knowledgeable. The whole visit from start to finish didn't take too much time. The only thing I found a little annoying was that the parking lot was completely full and it was very difficult to find a spot.

Very busy.and staff person yelled at customers and spoke down to them. Very slow.but 24 hour notice employment drug screen customers on back burner to serve reservations made 3 weeks out and down. Not right.

An Extremely rude, hot-tempered, and unprofessional registration desk attendant got so frustrated because I kept trying to explain myself because she was not understanding my lab orders, that she dramatically got up and stormed away and yelled to a lab tech that he “has to handle this one because she is done, ” and then left the registration area. She went from zero to a hundred and I even tried to apologize when she came back by the desk, but she quickly dismissed me and just said “oh no, it’s all fine. ” I was so appalled and offended by her nasty behavior that I literally left the office in tears and without labs done.

Check-ins and reservations are worthless. Checked in early for a 3: 30 reservation to find 8 people already waiting. One asked the worker how long it might be and was told, “I can’t say because we’re only doing walk-ins—all the reservations are done. ” I mentioned I have a reservation and was ignored. She repeated herself a couple times and walked away. The person who had asked said she had a reservation for this morning but had opted for the ‘wait where you’re comfortable’ option, and had received a text. I will update the review if conditions and service are better than the front room.

Updating as promised. From 1 to 3. Turns out the people ahead of me were walk-ins, and reservations are key. I was let in within 15 minutes of checking in. Service was fine. Biggest complaint was the mechanism of locking up belongings (this was a pre-employment drug screen). They have you put all your belongings into a lock box that has been used by everyone before. There was plastic inside, signifying that they try to keep it clean, but it didn’t look clean and I saw a couple of short hairs. They make sure you wash your hands at least twice but it’s counter-productive to jumble all your pocket fomites into the same bin as everyone else. I would suggest they supply a ziplock bag for everyone. I asked but she apologetically said no.

As I left I shared the elevator with a lady who said she had waited as a walk-in for two hours, and had given up.

Called 3 hours before my appointment, waited on the phone for 20 minutes then hung up. Came in at 1 to see a marker-on-printer paper sign saying drug screenings won't start until 1: 30. No explanation. Oh well, I can understand. Waited until 1: 30, signed in and waited another 30 minutes, only to be told that the device I signed in on was apparently not working. They had 1 person working the lab and I had to continue waiting in a full lobby, without ever receiving an update. They had people from corporate doing inspections, so I can only hope they see how bad this place is operated. I've never had such a bad experience with something as simple as a drug screening.

I understand the kiosks, I get that it’s more efficient and it really is the wave of the future. But it has given the staff the excuse to be completely uninvolved and unmotivated. They don’t open up the glass, confirm you are checked in, nothing. We checked in at 4: 20 right behind three other people. Staff waits until 5 minutes until closing to start bringing people back. I work in healthcare so I get there is more to it, they could have people back there, they could be spinning blood and preparing it for pick up. The wait is not the main issue. The main issue is that the staff seems annoyed they have to help you. At 5pm if you go up just to make sure they are still behind the closed frosted window and say hello they act annoyed that they have to do their job.
When given the choice I will always choose quest now because this place needs an overhaul.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Very busy office so make an appointment and bring your paperwork!
If you make an appointment and show up before your appt time you will be seen on time. Bringing your doctor's orders can make it also go smoothly if your Dr.s office messed up sending it to LabCorp. It's very easy to make an appt through their online portal. Never had an issue here. Will continue to use this office.

Every time I need to go here, they have been pretty good. Even when they are busy, the wait isn't too bad. Best to make an appointment though. Staff has been pretty friendly which helps because I am not an easy stick!

Auto check in kiosks are not up to date with payments or history. No one to help and lab technicians appear very overworked; although, they tried to be helpful. They shouldn’t be managing the check in, payments, registration issue, etc. A revolving door of drug screens seemed to take precedence over everyone else and they took FOREVER.
After 40 min wait for a urine culture with an active infection, they could not find my lab orders and my doctor’s office had closed. And on a Friday no doubt! Really? Shameful.
This place used to be my favorite lab but clearly LabCorp cares less about their customers, their employees and doing the right thing and more about $$. This is healthcare, folks, not retail!

Dont like check in process. No live person up front to tell you to use kiosk. Missed sign till 2 people came in behind me and registeted before me on kiosk. 4 folks already waiting in small waiting room when i got there. Left and went to another location.

Was greeted at the door by Tracey. She was exceptionally rude and condescending. If your patients are already sick which is why you are having them get blood work done in the first place, I highly advise you have them go somewhere where they are treated with respect and not like another body their staff has to be burdened to deal with.

I was there last week and had my blood work done. I see the bad review from someone last week and I don't think is right that she would single out someone when she was the one that was there 10 mins before close.guess what if you can't get there on a resanable time get off work early and make it before hand instead of being upset that you are making someone stay longer.get a life those girls that work there are awesome!

Great girls had my blood done and it was easy and I had no bruising afterwards. All the people complaining get your paperwork ready and get there before closing time, if you don't want to be rushed.peoples have lives to.

My first time at Lab Corp.in January 2015. Tracy was at the window helping people and she drew the blood. She was friendly and efficient and had no trouble taking my blood. It was easy to do and the location is convenient for me.

If you have a significant walk in population you should post a sign to tell patients that your system is down so it does not cause more delay. I dread coming to this place each time because it is such a waste of time.

LabCorp Refused Medical Services to those without Insurance Cards (no card/no issuance) - NO SERVICE!

This is a horrible place! The front desk young women Im guessing she was new, she was wearing bright blue scrubs, god she needs lots more training on how to have good manners.and of course the othe employees they seem un happy working but hey its not my fault they choose to work there. I just went to get a urine test for a job which I did get! If I could I would of put 0 stars!
