Labcorp, Cleburne TX

Appointment at 10: 30 for weekly testing. Still waiting to be called at 11: 31. Very disappointed with lack of any concern. My time is just as valuable as yours.

WOW, just WOW! Went in at 9am this morning, sat for an hour and a half, finally gave up and thought I would try later. Came back at 1, sat for over another hour! Bless this gals heart for being pleasant, she was the only one working! What the hell is going on with the people who run Labcorp.shame on you!

We had to take my 2 year old son to get labs done and much to my surprise he did great and they got him on the first stick which is amazing! I was very Impressed with staff and how caring they were with him! Will continue to use them for any future lab work. Even gave him a chicken at the end which made him so happy!

This place is amazing. After the terrible service I received at quest never again will I go back there. Both ladies were super sweet. They were busy and definitely on top of their game. My dr had not sent my orders but that is not their fault but the problem was fixed in no time and I was in and out able to get on with the other things I needed to do.

They kept telling me they had no orders for blood tests last time I was here, but they just didn't look hard enough it turned out.now this time I used the website to make my appr, checjed in w my phone, got confirmatioI was checked in, then waited 35 minutes past my appt time, then th smart aleky lDy told me, " well it doesn't zhow up on my cuter", but she didn't even look.
Never again.

Anytime I've been there, it always been very good. And to those who complain of staff shortage. It's everywhere. Be patient and those who are there with respect

First visit at this location for lab work. Wait time only about 10 minutes. Deanne (hope I spelled that right) was working the front desk & did my blood draw. Very sweet, courteous, & professional. Was able to get blood on the first try too. Will use this location again.

This place was Excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Even getting my blood drawn was not painful! This is my favorite go to place for any and all blood work!

We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes when the tech finally appeared and said " it's 5: 00" while closing the window in our face. Very rude and uncalled for.

Stars deducted for: No disability accessible parking near the doors, totally impractical for any patient with mobility or other disabilities to have to travel clear across the hospital parking to access lab services. Yet there is breast cancer clinic parking reserved for the same building.
Heavy fragrance in the building. Sends me into allergic anaphylaxis every time. Wearing a respirator does not protect my skin or eyes from exposure to this allergen and it permeates my clothes if I have any degree of wait. It is the automatic fragrance sprayer in the restrooms which are situated immediately inside the only accessible entrance. There is no way to get into the building to dodge this because the scent goes everywhere inside, and the Labcorp is right near the restrooms.

Two stars remain because the staff is pretty decent. They do their jobs with professional excellence.
