Labcorp, Longview TX

Drove 90 miles round trip (1/4 tank of gas) to be told that employee drugs screens stopped at 3 even though the website says that they are open until 4.

The lady in the first was very nice…. But the lady that actually took my urine she was unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to people kind she didn’t even explain to me how Long everything was gone take… I visited them to 08/22/2022

I have been utilizing this facility for blood draws and pre-employment requirements for close to 10 years. I would recommend it to anyone. Very professional and Mrs. Deborah is the kindest, most gentle phlebotomist I've encountered in 40 years. I've read the other reviews for this establishment and it makes me wonder if it is the clientele or the workers.just saying. Treat others with kindness and much respect and it will come back to you. They are never there! Also, dont expect the online scheduling to be accurate as they like to post notes on the door when they will be closed and not remove the availability from the online calendar. Absolutely ridiculous. How are they still in business?

Good experience! No problems at all! Took about ur 20 minutes in total. Not bad timing at all. Friendly workers!

I got labs done here the people aren’t very friendly but I could care less as long as I got my stuff taken care of. When I went to check out I asked her what the bill would be and she said that it wasn’t showing any balance due. I was stoked and figured my doctors office had covered it or something. This was back in December it is now February and they sent me an email telling me I owe about $400. I don’t even think I ever gave the lady my insurance card because she said it was no charge after I gave her my doctors order. So I’ve been calling them seeing if I can get them to run it through my insurance and then I could pay the rest but nobody picks up the phone I’ll leave a message and nobody calls me back. I’m about to go up there in person. Will definitely not be getting labs done through them again.

I go to labcorp for routine testing of my blood. I have never had any issues with the staff or my test results. In and out, very fast. Im not a fan of having to wear a mask and they require it.

I visited Labcorp in Longview, Texas, this morning. I was remiss in not getting the name of the one woman working there. Yes, one woman! She handles everything and was kind, great with the blood draw, and I felt really blessed by her efficiency, humor, and patience. Cannot imagine doing all of those admin and clinical tasks without help. Between my arrival and departure, I saw at least 15 people. The employee was amazing!

I was sent here by my dermatologist to have lab work done. I walked in around 9: 20 to find six people waiting and only one person working. One person working the front desk and doing the lab work. Apparently, she works alone every day. This seems highly unsafe and high risk for both the patients and the worker. Those before me with appointments are waiting up to two hours to be seen. How is this sustainable? How is this a good service to our community? LabCorp needs to hire more employees for this location and ease the burden on this phlebotomist. I am absolutely flabbergasted!

I found the procedures at Labcorp to be very professional. The technician was very good at her job. I was in and out in an efficient manner.

We have used the Longview facility many times. We order our labs from a third party and have never had any issues with locating them. The blood draws are adequate and quick. The results are reported within 24 hours. Not the friendliest of staff, but I don't care as I am not there for chit chat.just want to get my blood drawn and get on my way.

I was able to make my appointment on line. I came in and checked in on the computer. I waited in my car. The phlebotomist was excellent, happy, and friendly. I would recommend this place.

I made an appointment online. I checked in via the link on my phone and waited in my car for a text to tell me to come in. I choose to go to Lab Corp because I have had some negative experiences with getting blood drawn. They are experts in their field and this time was no exception! They are friendly, professional, and kind. They are my go-to for lab work!

I made an online appointment (which was wonderfully easy!) for a company-required biometric screening, including a blood draw. When I arrived, I was unable to check-in via the link they sent me in a text (hence the reduced star), so I walked in. I could not get the kiosk to work, but the young woman working there, Neketia, quickly checked me in and was able to get my orders, as I had been unable to print them out to bring. There was no one else there waiting, so my visit was extremely brief - I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Neketia was very kind and friendly, and extremely adept at drawing blood. I barely felt it, no bruising at all, and was very quick!

The staff at this Labcorp are not friendly and definitely need help on customer service skills. They. Never greet you when you walk in, and they don't update you about what they are doing at the time or check you in if you are the only patient waiting. I am going to look for another location. This place is a waste of my time.

I went and had antibody testing for covid and it was super easy and quick.no lines and the tech was so friendly!

I went during a time they weren’t busy. The wait was minimum and the person doing my blood work was fast.
