Labcorp, Garland TX

The building is now behind another business (a dentist office I think) you can't see LabCorp from the street anymore. I registered on their tablets for my employee drug screening. Sat down and waited. A lady opened the door and mumbled something close to my name. Pointed me in the direction of the collection area. She told me I had 3 mins to pee in the cup to the level are marked with a sharpie on the cup. I didn't need to empty my pockets or lock up my stuff, I could take all my stuff with me into bathroom. The water wasn't blue and it looked like someone had cut through the red tape on toilet lid. I was baffled, this is not my first visit to this location. They used to make you wash your hands first and lock up your purse and take your jacket off. This is weird.

The ladies that drew my blood were VERY PATIENT with me Thank God. I have little veins that blow easy so sometimes medical staff gets annoyed or impatient about it but these 2 had a very upbeat attitude throughout the whole thing and I am so so grateful.

We came to this location to get another blood test done for our newborns jaundice. Gisselle did a terrific job, she located the vein on my 5 day olds arm with ease. Just amazing, a complete night and day compared to the horrible service we had in mesquite on 12/03/2019. Please, this location is worth driving out of your way for. Thank you Gisselle.
