7Usually good, but depends on nurse/technician you get. Ones before were great. Last one was very cocky and showed no concern for pain she caused. Never hurt like that before, the whole time during blood draw.
My experience has been terrible. I submitted fecal samples to the Sherman TX location Monday, July 17. I received a phone call from the county health department on July 20 about the test results. My doctor office did not receive the report. I made two calls to Labcorp Sherman location that day to ask for assistance. They did not answer the phone or return the calls. I visited the office in person at the end of the day and explained the situation. The person at the desk spent her time arguing with me about how they don’t send test results to health departments and I must be wrong. She told me they don’t receive results at that office and finally gave me a phone number to call.
The Dallas office was more helpful in explaining that the testing was not complete and that the doctor only receives final results. The person did tell me I could set up an account on their website and receive the results at the same time as the doctor.
I received my test results by email Friday, July 21. I still had not heard from my doctor’s office by the end of the day on Monday, July 23. I printed the test results on Tuesday, July 24 and took them to my doctor’s office. I learned that Labcorp never emailed the results to him.
By the way, I did finally receive a return phone call from the Sherman Labcorp office on Monday, July 23. The person was answering one of the messages I left on the previous Thursday. She admitted that they don’t have a set routine for checking messages or returning calls.
My annoyance with the condescending attitude of staff at the Sherman office has now evolved in lack of confidence in the company.
I had a great experience. Checked in from my car. Was called in, they saw me right away. The phlebotomist was great, didn’t even feel it! The whole process from waiting to leaving took 10 minutes.
I have so many negative things to say.
Unfortunately I will require blood tests for the rest of my life. Complaining won’t change that and Won’t change the personality of the workers.
I have even had Drs appointments cancelled from lost test results.
I recommend you look elsewhere for your lab needs.
I highly don’t recommend this place the most unprofessional staff ever.
An I’ve been in a lot of facilities that are top notch not this place, we will never step foot in there facility.
Corporate is not helpful, and they won't resend their bill to your insurance, so you get an outlandish bill.
The person who assisted me was being incredibly rude to people who came in and had questions. Plus this was the most painful blood draw I’ve had. I prefer the McKinney location.
