I scheduled an appt online, and waited maybe 1-2 minutes. I would recommend Thomas, he was friendly and drew my blood quickly without any discomfort.

Most comfortable and easy blood draw ever. I was in and out in 15 minutes, the fellow who drew my blood was super personable and chatted with me to make 4.5 vials smooth as butter. For sure would use them again.

I have needed to take a Drug Screen for employment. This location is very rude unprofessional. The gentleman had given me a difficult time Friday about being a walk in. Did not acknowledge me. Did not give me any guidance or assistance on how to ho about my needed work. The lady was rude rolled her eye. I made my appointment a Friday for Monday afternoon and had gotten another rude response from both of these worker. Both cut me off were unable to validate my understanding and unable to assist me. This has been the worst experience ever. Anyone who goes here I highly do NOT recommend. Frank Gomez is the receptionist name

Expect surprise billing from this organization. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The manager Raymond S.literally hung when up on me when I tried to talk to him about the issue. As long as they have your money they don't care.

Phone customer service is non existent! Staff are always busy and do not have much time for anyone. However the appointment itself took only 5 mins so upgrading from 1 to 3 star!

On multiple occasions I have booked an appointment during their business hours. But when I show up no one is there.

I was a little nervous too, after glancing at the reviews but it was wonderful. It may not be the most glamorous building (and the phones are pretty difficult), but they verified all the orders when I was able to get through on the phone, check-in was smooth with two live people working, worked smoothly with my provider when I had to confirm something after check-in, and the person drawing blood was very kind, and skilled. I was at a another lab last time, and this time I didn't feel a thing.

Their sign says they were closed at 11: 45 and they say they go to lunch from 12 to 1 hello does anyone have a watch at LabCorp?

If you come here or to any LabCorp, good luck. I came from the one in Kyle because of a plumbing issue and called before I came, but they didn't answer. The automated system said that they were performing drug test until 12, but when I came they turned me away until 1 because "They don't accept walk ins after 11". This place is really disorganized when it comes to their hours.

Website says they do drug screens from 8-12, got there at 11 and was refused a drug screen until 1.

I was nervous after reading some of these reviews, but I had a great experience. I had an appt scheduled and barely sat down before they called my name. I was in and out of there in less than 8 min. It’s not the nicest facility but the staff was efficient and effective.

Went in around 2pm on a Monday and got seen immediately. In and out in 20 minutes. Guy helped me and was very nice. Reviews had me scared but I think it's situational.

Labcorp needs to pay its people better, hire more and spend money revamping its online systems. I had to come to this location twice in two days to get a simple drug test.

Their online website doesn’t answer most people’s questions and no one answers the phone because they are so busy. While I was there 10+ people came in to the front desk to try to get a procedure and were turned away for missing information. Many said they were tired of trying and were going to use another service instead of Labcorp. Lost business literally walking out the door.

People that work there were really friendly and the blood draw went smoothly. I made an appointment ahead of time and I was in and out of the building within 20 minutes.

Very unprofessional place. I had an appointment scheduled for 1: 00 and waited for about 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Once someone did show up, they said they would open at 1: 30, so I had to wait even longer. Other people also had scheduled appointments for drug testing, then the workers just turned them away saying they would not do drug testing even though they had appointments. This is apparently very common at this location, avoid at all costs.

Update: I waited for 40 minutes for them to open from my appointment time only for them to say they weren’t doing fingerprinting and I have to go somewhere else.

This is the worst lab I’ve ever been in my life. The guy is a complete a-hole and the reviews are clear now. Too bad I didn’t read them before booking an appointment.
The place is also extremely dirty.

Best of the 4 LabCorps I went to! The others did not abide by appointments and had 30+ people waiting for hours. At this location they upheld my appointment time, there were very few people in the waiting room, and the staff was very friendly as well as great at making the blood draw not painful and quick. This is the only LabCorp I will go to moving forward.:)
