I had a great experience. I was a walk-in and probably waited 15 minutes tops for my screening. No issues here.

I came here for the 3-hour Gestational Diabetes test. They were really nice and took good care of me, especially when I started feeling dizzy and needed to lay down.

Front desk lady kept turning off the lights and walking away for long periods of time. She was also very rude happened 9/14/23

All the girls here are so rude! My father had an appointment for lab work, he had an appointment at 10: 36 and they were calling people with appointments at 10: 50 he tried telling them that he had his appointment way before and they kept shutting him and telling him to sit down, didn’t even gave him a chance to speak. He told 2 different lady’s and they were ALL rude.

They were racist to me when I got there one lady blatantly said she skipped me because I didn’t speak Spanish and also if you are using fake pee they will be able to tell this is a heads up to my smokers who are looking for a job do not come here if you have synthetic pee they will find out and you will lose your job

When I was FINALLY seen the tech was great. The other workers were too busy gossiping about their plans instead of actually getting the patients in and out. They had only 3 people waiting but it took almost 30 minutes to be seen for a simple drug test because of all the gossiping that we all could hear. SMH

Terrible customer service, the attitude you receive as soon as you walk in is outrageous. Staff act like they are obligated to be there. Never again will I go there.

They are RUDE. They will hang up on you while you are still talking. Find a different location or request your doctor to send the testing in somewhere else. These people have ZERO customer service experience and SHOULD NOT be working in ANY medical facility.
