Labcorp at Walgreens, Carrollton TX

I made appointment yesterday for this location it said it's open and email says stay on ur car we ll call you this is for Dec 28th I went inside there was a note we are closed till Jan 3rd 2023 then they shouldn't be taking or approving appointments if none of the staff is there and facility is closed

Nobody seems to cara at these locations of Labcorp. Need to train you employees to treat people kindly and fair.

Months ago I received an email about this Labcorp at Walgreens, so I decided to get my lab work done there because it is closer than the other location in my area. When I arrived around 11: 15 am there was a sign stating no more walk-ins until after lunch, which is 12 pm to 1 pm, so I returned at 1: 05 pm to find another sign now stating, "we will not be taking anymore walk-ins today. " When the young lady came out to see if the next person had arrived she announced the name and looked at me because I was the only one there. I told her I am not the person, but was there earlier and there was another sign about taking walk-ins after lunch. She didn't address the sign issue and just said they're not taking anymore walk-ins.

I had fasted since the night before, so I was not happy that the facility had a sign informing "walk-ins" to return after lunch and then when I do return, five minutes after the scheduled lunch break, there is a new sign on the kiosk staying something totally different.

Based on my experience, I would definitely suggest you schedule an appointment with this Labcorp, especially if you have to fast before the lab work.

I stood there for 2 hours, 37 weeks pregnant, because there are no chairs close enough to hear names being called. If you’re not physically able to do that don’t come here.

Never got a confirmation text that I was checked in nor that it was my turn. Someone else arrived just after me and their name didn’t go through, wasn’t in the system at all. They have a screen showing ads… why doesn’t it show who is next?

I've used this location multiple times in the past year and have always been very satisfied!

I love going to this LabCorp. The technician was extremely friendly and courteous. They do have two drawing chairs BUT, one does extend to recline you for those that need to be more horizontal. The only reason for the 4 stars is my Dr.sent in two different orders and one of the tests could have been combined and they had to use 3 tubes instead of 2. LabCorp should have the ability to use the least tubes possible if the orders are coming from the same Dr. Otherwise, this is the ONLY LabCorp I will go to.

Mercedes is kind and an excellent phlebotomist. I highly recommended her and this Labcorp location.

Convenient location for me. Two kiosks to check in. Both times I have been there I was in and out quickly. Technician professional and I have not complaints at all.

Horrible service. No communication. Can’t talk to a real person. No one working here knows how to reach them. Only tablets set up. Pass this location.
