If i could give this place a ZERO i def would. LOD needs to stop lying saying next day pay when its NOT. FIlled out an aplication and was told i need to fill another one out. What happened to my 1st app? I hope noone gets ahold of my personal info and steals my identity because of thier CARELESSNESS. I think mabey thier corporate office would like to know how this place is run

People are very nice but on the other hand me and others have not been paid for working. Our payments Where never deposited. We seriously worked for free. When calling about this issue they will not help you and hang up. Very unprofessional place I recommend going somewhere else for work.

This agency is unreliable if you require $400+ a week. You may be able to make up to $400+ a week, but you'll have to show up 6-7 days a week & commit up to 12 hours a day and only work about 6-10 of those hours. Some days of work will be less than 6 hours. If you work less than 4 hours at the job, the Agency will pay you for 4 hours of work time. A significant amount of time is spent waiting around to sign up for a job. If you do not put your name on the list at the job you are sent to, you will not work.
They say, "first come first serve. " But like some, you can walk in at just the right time, and go straight to the person who is signing people in, cutting in front of everyone who was waiting to sign in, and get to work. Call them out if you see this. There usually isn't a line but people just trying to get the clipboard to sign in. Cutting happens often, especially if the person who is signing people in, is familiar with the person walking right in and signing up.
Do not expect to work the hours they say you must agree to work at the job they are sending you to. The people at the job they are sending you to will know more about how long your shift will be. Waiting for the van is sometimes as long as the shift is. I once waited 90 minutes in the van, to be taken to the office because some people were still working and also needed a ride.
You will most likely be taken advantage of at some point working for this agency and the other like Pacesetters, Centex, LaborMax, i-work, Blur Ribbon, and all of these low paying labor intensive, daily pay staffing agencies. I needed to go though, so I did. These were my experiences going to those agencies. And if you've made it this far, 'not being paid on time or fully' was the worst, and I truly believe if I didn't call multiple times a day and remind them of the issue, it would have been an easy oversight for the payroll Dept. Especially from the AT&T Center.

First day working with them i was told I get paid the next day after 4 o'clock PM at the office ok kool. Went to office to get my money and ask for my check and they didn't find it so they ask If I got a card and I said no. So they said it's a 10 dollars fee for a replacement card and I said i never got one when i signed up so he said its protocol for them to do that but the woman with glasses was helpful about the situation. Now I gotta wait all the way to monday for my money was supposed to be giving the following day after 4 o'clock pm from behind desk and then they told me I shod have came earlier. This was a waste of time and effort working for free and getting charged 10dollars for a card I didn't get. I would recommend this place if you bout yo money, my first day working I gotta wait 4 days for same day pay bad business for a company.

I mean, if I wasn't paid and they never deposited my check and refused to resolve the issue I'd be back with the strap and start smokin ppl wouldn't you?

This is the place to help you get back on your feet, U wanna work, you gonna get it, it’s all up too you.

Reason why I give these guys 5 stars is the simple fact they're very persistent in getting you some type of work.the next day pay comes in useful also. 2 thumbs up

They are very unprofessional I got fired for standing up for myself against a verbally abusive coworker, who disrespected me, then I am getting the run around getting the money they owe me, that I worked hard for at fresh from Texas on Hill point.

This place is a God sent it's really help a lot.do your job an you'll be just fine. I'll like to thank you for the opportunity u have given me when nobody else would. Greatly appreciated!

Be ready to work, L. O. D is awesome and they do thier best to keep you working and stay busy. Great source of income. Good people all around.

I totally do not recommend this place to anyone too much policys they put you to work like a dog and than if you leave early they dont page you next day than if the manager let you go outside to do a phone call and you smoke a cigarette they will used that as an excuse to no pay you or to not pay you till one week later i hope the close this place down

I had accompanied a family member for a clarification needed for employment; The " Lady" in the front explained to us in a very exasperated way, and then just snapped at me and pretty much told us to get out. Just because I had asked not to write over the documentation of my family. ALL THIS IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER another lady who did NOTHING. Never took charge of the conversation and let this "getto" Lady yell at me and my family. This company has by far the worst Customer service, It is to me pretty clear that they do not care about the service they provide. DO NOT APPLY HERE! Thank you for your response, is very much appreciated. The office that we had the problem with was the 8348 Marbach Rd. Sorry I should it stated before.

I have been discriminated because of my relationship status and gender.

This is a place to make a quick buck but that's all.

If you are an employer then you should know that almost all the employees hired by LOD have felonies and still get sent to job sites that request clean backgrounds, so you may want to conduct your own background checks.
I have seen people with criminal backgrounds selected over those with clean backgrounds for job assignments working with hurricane evacuees. LOD obviously cares more about keeping their usual employees happy (even if it means treating another unfairly, discriminating, or lying) and sending them to job sites than they do than actually honoring tue requests their clients make when it comes to having clean backgrounds.

Going to sue them due to not paying for 4 days i have proof of work with said person. Do not go here. Go to legit place's. They paid me for 13 hours when i had 4 days. I will bring the police again and a lawyer this time.

Have jobs everyday. Some pay weekly and some pay next day. If you follow the rules you will have no problems with the staff. If you are arrogant and rude then you may have issues.

Love it! Been working here for about two years. If you follow the rules and don't leave early from jobsites you should be just fine. Its when you hide in the restrooms to milk the clock is when your troubles start. It feels good to know that they have on site supervisors to make sure everyone is working hard and not hiding in the restrooms. Come in with a smile get one back. Leave your salt at home p.s don't forget your steel toe boots

The staff never give you the right information or answer the phone or get us to/ from work at the stated time. The company it self over charges each person for a ride to work.

This company is by far the most remedial facility I've ever encountered. Lucinda Leal and Yvonne Sanchez are best friends that steal people's information to employ family members and friends that cannot work legally in this country. IMI DESIGN is a cheesy fake spiritual company that is working with these two women in robbing people of their pay. 6 employees did not get paid. I've got proof of every lie they threw at us. Trust me, You'd be better off picking watermelons somewhere.
