I had been told that they were going to deliver my new appliance on the 6th and then I called and they said they weren't going to be able to get my new appliance until September not August 6th but I would still have to make a payment for August even though I would have to wait until September to get my new appliance so I went into the store and told them to give me the one they have on display and after talking to management things got worked out but even management was lacking customer service skills as well as the sales people and staff

My family will continue to go to Lacks for major home necessary purchases.we put our trust with Mr. De La Garza and he always provides service with a smile. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. 5 stars all the way.

I go to Lacks to buy my sheets 2500 count Premium 100% Egyptian quality! I've bought from high quality department stores and they don't compare to quality and price! You'll be pleasantly surprised if you buy some. I always go and ask for Suzette Gonzalez, great sales person. I won't even tell you the price because of fear that next time I need more they might be out. Try them and I promise you won't be sorry.

I bought all my major appliances here. My frigde stopped working i called to have it fixed. The guy came with no parts and we had to wait another week to get rescheduled. Keep in mind all my gorceries became useless without a fridge. Living off a small ice chest n fastfood. They came and fixed the problem the week later. That lasted a week and the fridge went out and again im out of another $100 plus of groceries. After a total of 3 times i asked for a replacement fridge they stated they couldnt do that. I also asked for reimbursement for all my food that i had to constantly throw out each time. They stated not thier problem which is ridiculous since i purchased a brand new fridge with warranty. Now recently my dryer stopped working. Called the same day they said we'll have a tech go out there in a 5 days. 5 days without a dryer and a baby is very inconvenient. The lady didnt seem to care at all and stated she'll call me tomorrow and give me a timeframe of when the tech will arrive. With no call for the timeframe i figured a tech would have to show since a service request was created. When i call to check what happened to the appointment the lady on the line stated that it was my fault for not answering the phone and stated the tech left a card at my house. I explained to the lady i never received a call and no one showed up to my house i have cameras to show thats a lie. She then stated they went to the wrong address because i didnt answer. Which again is a lie. Got rescheduled and now have to wait another week without a dryer that was brand new not even a year old. This place is just the worst. They give no help they don't care and selling appliances that constantly fail. We will never purchase from Lacks again!

Ruben in the San Benito store is super nice has great customer service. He definitely knows how to treat customers thank you Ruben for being so nice.

Went to get some furnatureand made it easy to get somthing you needed, a little pricy and i do feel like the team are a little like sharks being as thell keep pestering you if you need somthing, i do however understand that they are trying to make a sale

I hate coming in to harlingen lacks just to make a payment. There can be no one and they will get up and walk away. I end up waiting or they will be rude to customers. Thank goodness I am down to my last payments.

I've found better prices elsewhere, but the sales people here are nice and defintely not the annoying "I'm going to follow you throughout the store" type, which is so refreshing and making shopping way less stressful.

Good sale person but they try to give me display stuff while i keep saying i want a new one! I got everything new except one lamp! I went 4 times n i got a display lamp n they would say your new one will be in monday! Then i go back n its a display lamp until i got tired n i took the other one back! If i wanna buy use ill go to the store where they sale repo stuff!
