Nataly took the time to make sure my toes looked great. She obviously takes pride in her work, and it's appreciated. I wouldn't have minded more pressure on my foot massage, but that's not worth lowering the score. I'll be back for sure. Thanks!

This place has gone down hill since the pandemic. They are extremely short staffed and on top of that the management is beyond rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back to this place ever again, the quality & experience isn’t the same. The poor technicians have to be booking and answering phones because management refuses to hire someone to help. There are better places out there than this place, save your cash and go elsewhere.

This salon has an upscale look with a hometown vibe! I chose it for the high standards on being clean, safe, modern, and professional. I keep coming back for the perfect polish, soak-less pedicures, and beautiful results. Yun is an amazing artist with an eye for flattering designs and trending colors. Pretty nails and precision is her specialty! I get so many compliments on her nail art. Yun is a star and definitely a local favorite! I love LACQUER!

This is an appointment only place. No walk- in as per the receptionist and even though they close at 6, if you come at 5 all techs are gone.

I was surprised this was rated so highly and their website says "Best in ATX". This is not the luxury salon I thought it was. We were not offered any refreshments. There is not a place to sit and wait if you are early. We had to stand in the front awkwardly. Then when it was time for my mani it was so uncomfortable. My nail tech didn't even speak to me and this was my first gel mani ever. It was very and awkward and uncomfortable. 5 of my nails have bubbles in them and 2 of our parties nails came off the very next day.

Changed to 1 star. Never heard from the manager like they said in their reply and now 3 of my nails are chipped where the bubbles were.

Bad customer service and they are so rude to black peoples made me feel very uncomfortable.

I saw Yana and she is very gentle. She gave me a great manicure. The salon is clean and the staff are polite professionals. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean salon! Technician did everything I asked for, walked out with neatly done stiletto shaped natural nails with CND Shellac soft gel, very precisely applied.

I have been trying to get my nails done, at least once a month, as a New Year’s resolution (self care). I have been to the salon three times already and Lisa has been my technician. She has been absolutely amazing for each visit. She is dependable, precise and a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend Lacquer North for a quality and hygienic manicure. I get the essential manicure with the ultra polish, which lasts about two weeks. Thank you Lisa for all your hard work and attention to detail! -Alexis

Quiet, calm, serene setting. Technicians extremely detail oriented and provide great results. Some of my favorite pedicures to date. Also, more environmental conscious than other nail salons.

I had the most wonderful experience here. I love that they focus on enhancing your natural nails and they were so clean and cleanly-focused (had you wait to enter until station was prepped, wash your hands before sitting down, and phone had to be kept away once hands were washed). My tech was so sweet and every tech around me was just as sweet with their conversations. My nails turned out beautiful!

Since discovering LAQUER I haven’t had my nails done anywhere else! Why? Because once you experience this level of cleanliness while having your hands and feet touched by a stranger, you realize how absolutely disgusting other places are.

They don’t put used tools on feet and hands, the soaking stations aren’t wrapped in plastic, and the salon doesn’t smell to the heavens of chemicals.

The quality of work is impeccable, so much so that if your gel chips in the first week they will fix it for free. The customer service is next level, and you definitely wit what you pay for.

Truly one of the best salons in Austin! Mell is my go-to gal for the best manicure and pedicure.
