I currently live here. I would just like to say PLEASE do not move here. To anyone considering this place. The manager told me before I moved in that she herself was going to clean the unit because it was extremely dirty.
So move in day came around and as soon as I walk in my shoes were sticking to the floor and making that sticky sound. I proceeded to mop the entire unit and the mop water was black as well as my mop was completely ruined. Not only does the manager continually lie to residents, but they don’t fix anything. I had a full list of issues that required maintenance’s immediate attention. Nothing got fixed until last month (3 months later) and still now almost 4 months after move in there are still 2 issues that pose a risk to my health and safety that have not been fixed or even paid attention to. Oh ya by the way if you are 12 days past due on rent they will file an eviction promptly. Don’t pay any mind to the health and safety of their residents though.
Also, this place is Cockroach infested.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Not worth staying in they would take your deposit in your rent it will put you out the next month after they don't fix try to call about a problem with your apartment they never answer the phone just getting everybody a heads up on these apartments all bills paid? They didn't pay light bill so me and my family didn't have no for 5 days
