Saw a resident tenant lady go into German Shepard owner maintenance guy ramon apartment over the weekend not very profesional!

Apartments are good to live in, I don’t have any roach problems and my apartment didn’t have anything major when I moved in. Only sad part is that they won’t fix the reserve parking that isn’t being used anymore so there’s no where to park. The gate is sometimes broken and the pool isn’t open yet and it’s summer. The laundry rooms do not work at all. It’s sad they have so much potential yet they lack quality.

Carmen is very rude and disrespectful, the manager Andrea is very respectful and nice! Wish i could only deal with her.

I have lived here for 2 years and i absolutely love it. Maintenance is always ontop of my work orders and the office staff is professional and friendly. I do not plan on moving out anytime soon.

Moved in 2 months ago, claim that they have a washateria on site, they have been full of water since i moved in, and are broken! EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BROKEN, i have called about it several times nothing is getting done! This really makes me mad considering the fact that i dont have the money for a washer and dryer yet, and i was told before signing the contract that they had working washers and dryers, The front walk-in gate door doesn’t lock so anyone can come in and out. School is out and pool still isnt open. Gunshots at night time. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE! SINCE IVE MOVED IN I HAVE BOMBED TWICE ROACHES STILL EVERYWHERE, if i could i would totally leave this place not even worth it. After this lease is up i am moving straight out of here!

We had a great experience with our maintenance guy Ramon! He was kind and patient! Did an amazing job at fixing our A/C. Very happy with the service btw it was a Sunday night! I feel very grateful

Went with my sister to visit these apartments and Andrea help us. I must admit out of all the apartments we went too this place has been the best, from Andrea's customer service and how she took the time to explain pricing and specials to the cleanliness of the complex. We actually drove through the apartments and we were very pleased with the up keep of the apartment community. And I can't stress enough how the office staff was very professional

Looking at the place you are promptly attracted to its quaint environment. Once there you are thankful to the staff that works tirelessly to assist in your new housing plans. They offer a varied array of floor plans that accommodate most family needs and reasonable prices. DEFINITELY CHECK THIS SPOT OUT!

I’ve lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I love the staff, they’re always so helpful! Big shout out to the maintenance men that are very quick to fix problems and are super friendly! If you talk with them they will make sure you are taken care of. Sometimes things happen (it’s life) but they will make sure to fix it! Friendly neighbors and clean area! Enjoying my time here!

Went to go look at apartments, loved the location and staff.they showed me around and explained everything. 10/10 recommend.

I have lived here since 2016. Never had any security issues. I have had many other issues though. Since upgrading from a 1 to 2 bedroom I’ve had constant issues. My bathtub needs to be refinished. I had a leaky ceiling that I called them about 2 or 3 times and had to go talk to them face to face after 6 days. That probably caused mold. Most recently they left a note on my door that they will charge $75 to replace mini blinds if I don’t fix it myself. Problem is when I moved in the blinds were broke so it’s on them to begin with. The windows don’t lock. The drawers are falling apart. Cabinets have holes and rot. The front door has a gap on the bottoms so dust and bugs come in. Management is replaced every 3 weeks these days.
