Lake Houston Family YMCA reviews
14I was a LifeTime member for over 12 years. I am so happy that I switched to the YMCA. I love the facility. The staff is great. No, it is not a resort type facility, but it is super affordable and has all I need to get a great workout in. Love it!
Well run with lots of variety of activities - swimming, pickleball, working out, yoga and other classes!
I love the Zumba classes at the Y. Fun & energetic. Instructors are warm, caring & engaging. I love the community we built in our classes
It is a welcoming environment. A lot of options for exercising and great childcare. The staff is awesome and very helpful. It is very clean.
Great place to work out. They keep the facility very clean and my girlfriend and I love coming here. Friendly staff!
Wonderful place for family oriented environment. Love the new equipment and the membership price. Very friendly staff and willing to help with any questions. Love this place!
Caring staff. Very friendly and at the same time professional.
Equipment in great condition and always clean.
Shout out to Alyssa! We got a tour of the facility with her yesterday and she was very sweet, bubbly, and answered all of our questions. First impressions are everything when joining a new gym, and she gave a good one. We are excited to join. Thanks again, Alyssa!
Awful communication from the staff who fails to follow through on commitments and promises. Poor Covid precautions.
The people working there are super. They are always there to help you with any questions and help with any equipment. Always with a smile on their face.
We would love to use the soccer field here, but the manager politely asked us to leave, and informed us that only members can use the field. I guess I can understand that, but you'd hope for a little more leniency considering hardly anybody uses the field anyway and there's no other good public sports fields for miles.
What's the best job I've ever been to the people are so nice everyone that works there plus everyone that
This was an old location but after Hurricane Harvey they are doing renovations. I havent been inside but the layout and outside view alone has be extremely excited to see what they have in store.it really needed this update
There was an awkward incident where my daughter went swimming and all the people moved away from her because she looked different? My daughter is mixed. She was really confused and upset.we decided to go to another YMCA downtown Houston. That place still in the 1960s mentality. Very sad.
